I have a subscription with Envato and I was able to download your wordpress theme. I don’t know if it is because I have a subscription or what, but I can’t import the demo data.
Hello! Please download the latest files from Elements and make a clean install. Or update theme with the latest one from Elements and Override also all its plugins with the ones that come with the theme. Then the import should work. Salut! O tema cu adevarat frumoasa cu o navigare foarte comoda care doresc in timpul apropiat sa o procur. Spuneti-mi va rog referitor http://www.zoutula.com/themes/autoresq/shop/, permite si o alta interfata a produselor? Se pot face modificari gen, sa fie doar produse (4 coloane) sus ca header sa fie filtru de selectie?

Salut! Se poate configura pentru shop din Customizer numarul de produse pe pagina si layout-ul.(full width/ sidebar). Filtrele sunt suportate in sidebar acum. Intentionam sa mai adaugam cateva functionalitati la zona de shop in curand. Multumesc pentru apreciere! Lucian
Buna) chiar intentionez zilele aceste sa procur, insa eu vreau sa folosesc aceasta tema pentru un magazin online de anvelope, si voi aveam mai mult nevoie de acel filter pe prima pagina, iar mai jos un full width pentru produse

Chiar am gandit filtrul asta http://prntscr.com/meu1ap pentru un magazin de anvelope … se pot adauga oricate atribute … mai multe decat am pus noi acolo …in dashboard arata asa http://prntscr.com/meu24a si se pot adauga oricate filtre. Dupa ce se face filtrarea rapida utilizatorul este trimis in pagina de shop cu filtrarea deja setata. In pagina de shop filtrarea apare pe dreapta …acum filtrul il avem pe homepage si redirectul se face in shop. Filtrul de pe home este un prefilter care face redirect in pagina de shop. Nu filtreaza produse in pagina curenta. Filtrarea dupa redirect se face din sidebar …de acolo de unde apar si filtrele. Multumesc!

Spuneti-mi va rog, dupa instalare si importarea demo, nu inteleg cum corect se incarca un produs ca sa apara pe prima pagina la filtru (https://prnt.sc/meu1ap) nu prea gasesc unde se fac modificarile pentru filtre.Chiar daca in lista de produse persista produsele din demo, pe prima pagina nu pot selecta nimic la diametru.

Filtrele functioneaza pe baza atributelor https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-6 Fiecare produs are atributele: diametru, latime, ratie, sezon …pentru a intelege cum functioneaza se pot lua ca exemplu produsele din demo care au deja setate aceste atribute. 1) Theme update via Envato Toolkit? WP Repository?
2) Your bundled plugins update, what’s the process?
3) Logo Area – I can increase the height right? My logo is a bit longer in height
4) The blue color header area, I can change the color of it to say Black? Via CSS? or under Theme Options? Also change the accent yellow color, yes?
5) This theme is compatible with MailChimp, or Bookings Plugin in case we want the customers to be able to book an appointment and pay by making a deposit via STRIPE or PayPal, etc?
Sorry for the many pre-sale questions, my client wants to know before deciding on this theme or not. Thanks.

Sure you can change the logo dimensions from admin panel.http://prntscr.com/maxg84 4. On short you can change any color from admin panel / WP Bakery element without any CSS knowledge … http://prntscr.com/maxh27 and there are many other settings to let you model the theme the way you want. 5.Sure. We actually use the MailChimp plugin to save subscribers …http://prntscr.com/maxi33 this is fully functional
On short theme is extremely customizable … you can even change the colors of icons

I see the Logo width field, what about the Height adjustment? If my logo is lengthy in height, wouldn’t that overlap the blue header background area? I guess what I’m asking is what about the Top & bottom Padding adjustments on the logo, etc? Thanks again.
Hello! Logo is set to stay in the middle of the header bar. We let you set the width and the height will be set automatically as we want to preserve the aspect ratio of your logo! Thanks!
Thanks, just purchased your theme. The issue is the height being set automatically, I had to insert a CSS to create some padding so it has some spacing in the top & bottom of the blue header bar area. I’ll submit to your Support Portal if once I compile my list of questions.

Got it, excellent customer support so far. Hey, think you could have your developer add a PAGE UP button in the bottom right corner AND also a Parallax option for the Page Header Image on the next theme update? That would be nice. Thanks.
You have a “back to top” button … you only have to activate it. http://prntscr.com/md4w2z Regarding the title … you can hide the current title and add a full width box with a parallax on it and title (text) ... it will work just fine. Hello! We did an update today and we provided the latest versions of bundled plugins. You can update your theme but I guess you updated to WordPress version 5 that enables by default Gutenberg over any other editor. Hello! Is very easy to edit things. First of all you get all the demo content you see now on our demo site. Secondly … all that content can be edited visually with an editor included. (Visual Composer) The editor is extremly intuitive … you don’t need any programming abilities to do common changes. Also the installation is very easy and we provide also documentation for that!
