Literally in tears trying to work with this theme. I have NEVER experienced anything so complicated and without logic in my life. I just lost two hours of trying to figure out the logic. Trying to get the video to show up from the post to the homepage (where I literally replaced the other video). The image for the second item, (group of three under header) is gone. Tried to go to the corresponding post to get it to appear, it just will not. I have set it as the featured image and even changed blog from video to image – it wont come up. It seems EVERYTHING is recent news, so NO IDEA how to control how it would propagate on the homepage. I am out the purchase and two hours of work. PLEASE ISSUE A REFUND.

I submitted a ticket. (look again) I have already built an entirely new site in the hours of wait. I had a deadline to meet and, as I said, two hours were wasted trying to figure it out. I am glad for you that others have not had difficulty, but again – I DID. I would like a refund please. For whatever reasons I do not understand, I was completely unable to work with your theme and I alerted you as soon as I ran into obstacles.
Just tried it again and got an error – We are sorry your email already exists. So clearly you do have me in your system – because I already submitted a ticket.
So I have screenshots where your system tells me my email already exists and forces me to login again, I go to login and I forgot the password. I ask for a password reset and your system tells me that I DO NOT have an email. So which is it? I have the screenshots to show you if you can provide me a way to submit them.

That is interesting. I tried to respond using all three of my emails, and I am unable to get back in now. I see already that you have NO INTENTION of just DOING THE RIGHT THING and reimburse me the $59 for the BAD investment. I also see that ENVATO is not going to do the same. So, I am going to walk away knowing that my two hours and the $59 investment (total damages $209) is a pill to swallow. I will no longer buy a theme from Envato and will push all my clients in another direction. I will also keep them steered away from any theme you develop. This is a shame since I have built more than 209 sites and counting. Goodbye and Happy Holidays. You started mine in the worst possible way. So much for customer service when it comes to you I see.

No I am not paying more for support for an item that should be running correctly, this is not something I added this is something the theme does all I have enabled is the theme and wordpress and the plugins that come with the theme. It should work correctly with wordpress with out me having to buy extended support.

I’m trying to adjust content on the default homepages provided with this theme, however I cant seem to change the featured store on the Home 1 page. When i go to adjust the “recent news” settings for that particular page, I notice that the query settings are set to pull from list id 323. Is there any way to find out how that list is populated or how I can add to it in order to change the content displayed? thank you.

Unfortunately, such options are not included to the theme. You may try using https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-review/ plugin with the theme. In case some additional stylesheets are needed for its full compliance with the theme, our Customization studio can create them for you for extra fee.
