To troubleshoot I disabled all of the plugins except for the required plugins. The issue was still there.

This is usually from a javascript error on the page. Disabling plugins isn’t enough as there might be a custom code added somewhere. If you have added any custom HTML or Javascript code in widgets, header, or footer, try to remove it temporarily. Have you recently changed the ‘Mega Menu For Links’? My mega menus used to be in four columns; now after updating the theme the website is breaking apart. I.e. the mega menu is only showing 1 column..?
Ah the update or theme switch changed the main menu settings to a different menu.
When will the theme be compatible with WordPress 5.0.x ? WP 5 was released a while ago now…

The page builder is not working, when I create a page using the page builder I can save the page, when I go to the page it’s just blank, when I reload the page editor in wp admin the page builder is just empty. It automatically erases all content, tried disabling all plugins but that doesn’t help.

I’m planning to buy this theme but I saw that the header section banner is not visible in mobile view. So, is it possible to make it visible and what will can be the banner’s maximum height.

We can help with this if you need it. If default responsive header is used, it’s visible by default – but we enabled the special mobile header on some of the demos that doesn’t have the ad. Simply create a topic at our support site after buying and our support team will guide you on this.

I purchased this theme many months ago and have only recently started using it. One day the Bunyard Page Builder just stopped working and all the posts on my homepage have just vanished. I’ve tried re-installing the plugin and fiddling with the settings, but except from that the theme works brilliantly!
I’ve fixed this now using the method suggested above. Thank you!

Edit: Glad to know you figured it out by using Classic Editor suggestion. Disable Gutenberg also works great if you don’t need to use Gutenberg at all.

If you wish to embed third party playlists or want to use a plugin in your posts, then sure that’s possible. But we don’t have a custom video player or playlists feature.

Please install the “Classic Editor” plugin and use the classic editor with Page Builder. If the problem still exists, it’s likely one of the installed plugins isn’t compatible with WP 5.0 so you will have to disable them temporarily to test. When can I expect an update to be compatible with Woo Commerce version 3.5.3?

In our tests, it already seems to be compatible with WooCommerce 3.5.x. It does show an outdated templates warning but that’s because it relies on @version of overridden templates not matching – that doesn’t mean there’s something wrong. Hello Admin, after update some Plugins and also Wordpress your Theme dont show photos anymore . The Startpage and all sites the photos are now not visible . Can you fix you’re Theme ? Also i notice that a few photos shows up by mouseover.. i don’t know what’s going on

Hi, Pre sale question, Can I have a popup to display for the visitor where he can choose which city he is in, so the post, news will be related to that city and everytime he visit the site he will see the content related to his city based on his previous selection, also he can change the city any tie he wants or just enter the site without selecting any city Please advice, if you theme support this or I have to get another plugin to this, if a plugin is need it please recommend a plugin that works with your theme Regards

The Gutenberg doesn’t touch the pagebuilder data so switching to Classic Editor should have the old data intact. Perhaps a database corruption happened in the WordPress v5 upgrade process. Hi. I just purchased this theme – which looks AMAZING, by the way, and would like to import the sample content for the TheZine layout. My problem is that I have an existing website with lots of content. I read the warning in the Demo/Sample Import area which says that the import should only be done on an empty site…is that for a full import AND the theme settings, or just the full import only?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You’re right it’s not a good idea to do a full import as it will import posts and pages from the demo. “Settings only” should import the relevant theme settings but you will still have to setup your home-page. Once you have setup your homepage blocks, you will also want to enable the featured area / slider section explained here.

WOW! Thanks for the lightning fast response…and the great tips :) I’ll go ahead and do the import for settings only, so I can focus on the home page and category pages. I was playing around with the home page and I think I’ve figured it out. Thanks again for the super fast response and advice. If I need any other help I’ll visit the support forums :)
