Hi! My support has expired. Didn’t really think I need it, all I need is to update the theme from time to time.
But today I wanted to update the theme, I have ver 1.2.5 I see 1.3.9 is available. I missed a couple updates but always could update via appearance> themes. Now, in Themes it shows me that I have ver 1.2.5. and that it is up to date, no update available. I have available automatic updates for other themes, only Norebro is the exception.
I have Wordpress 5.1 I have the Envato plugin for automatic updates (always worked fine)
Even if I update manually via ftp, (which I prefer not to do) another issue I will have are the missing premium plugins (ACF etc.) which I usually updated from the package downloaded from themeforest. But I see that in the latest package there are no plugins included.
Do you include the plugins only sometimes? not in every available update? How can I obtain the newest plugin versions now? (of the plugins that need to be manually installed, like ACF etc.)
Do you have any idea why Norebro update is not available via appearance? Thanks for your help! Regards
Hello! If the plugin doesn’t work for you, we suggest you update manually. The plugins are not in the archive, you are prompted to download them after installing/updating the theme. To update the premium plugins, you can just reinstall them. Sincerely, the Colabrio Team!
Well, you akways recommended updating the theme automatically, and as all other themes update automatically and Norebro is the only one that doesn’t, I thought that it might me some kind of glitch with the theme. Isn’t it?
One important question – I have some custom CSS on some of the pages. If I replace the entire Norebro catalog on my server, will the CSS remain? Is it stored in seperately from the theme?

Unfortunately, what you wrote doesn’t work. When promted to update plugins (via Appearance) for ACF it shows ‘Update package not available”. I’m stuck on ver 5.6.10 and it shows that minimum required is 5.8.0. But if it’s not in the archive, and not available to update via Wordpress, how do you provide it?

Hi, I have problems with the Split Screen Left Image. I have updated to the last theme version, also the wp and the plugins included. The problem is that the are being created inside another one, so there is impossible to show the split screens. Attach image to show the problem. I think is some on the _popup.php. It looks a problem with the new version of the theme, isn’t it?

Hello, congratulations for your theme Norebro, it is really spectacular and we are very satisfied. We bought the theme last July 2018 and we have been installing all the updates of the template and everything has worked correctly. But a few days ago when updating the theme from version 1.3.7 to version 1.3.8 we have verified that the maps of Google Maps have disappeared and can not be seen on the web page. I recently tried to make some changes to my website http://www.designStudio.ro through the Theme Settings section and I noticed that I cannot select a preloader type in Theme Styling / Preloader.
That was ok as I have deactivated it and I moved on but later I noticed that I cannot select a template for anything on Theme Settings.
I cannot select a template for the portfolio layout or anything that is based on that type of selection.
Mouse shows a hover effect when I move across the various options but It does not select anything.
I updated to the last version of the theme and no success.
Please help as I cannot change any styling in this manner.

Unfortunately my problem has nothing to do with those 2 plugins and It has everything to do with the way the theme is coded. Those 2 plugins work and behave perfectly. It is the theme options that are giving me a headache. After the latest update the icons for those templates dont even load anymore.
I will most likely ask for a refund as this is just not right! Theme is unusable.

It seems like you forgot to change the homepage. Go to Settings > Reading and change the homepage to that of the demo using the ‘A static page’ radio button. Sincerely, the Colabrio Team!
