Any ways it sounds like you have been using our theme under the WordPress version 5.0.X so you have to update visual composer plugin. I am trying to add a link to the images below the slider so that it opens to a category page. Right now it only shows a caption title. Dear support,
I’ve got some questions about our new theme.
I don’t understand why there is only one option under “Shop page settings” in which the image of the product isn’t dark. In all of the options, except “Style 3”, the picture of the product is dark grey, like there’s a shadow over it – why is that? I figure you will want people to be able to scroll through and see the products properly, so why is there only this one option for this? And even on that option, when you hover the mouse over there’s like a filter on top of it. Or am I missing something, is there other ways to do it?
Is it possible to upload several products at the same time?
And most importantly – can we add several different colours under one product? So e.g. a foundation has 6 different shades, so you choose that foundation and you can then choose the color you want as an option. Since this is a Beauty theme, I’m expecting that it is possible, so how can you do this?

When you look at our products here: http://stagedoor.valeo.dk/shop/ and hover the mouse over the product, the second image is very stretched (especially on the latex prosthetic). Can you change it so it won’t get all stretched out? Also can you change it so that when you click the picture of the product, you get redirected to the product? Right now you can only go to the product if you click the text, which is a very small area, and I know people are used to being able to just click the picture and you will get to the product. Else you have simply install the theme via your FTP or CPanel , kindly folloe the below steps .
- Log into your hosting server space using FTP software.
- Unzip the “iniya.zip” file ( “iniya.zip” will be found inside “iniya.zip” file ) and ONLY use the extracted ‘iniya’ folder.
- Upload the extracted ‘iniya’ folder into wp-content / themes folder.
- Activate the newly installed theme in Appearance > Themes.
