Am I able to easily assign diffferent menus and sidebars to different areas of the website? I wish to have half my site be basically like a totally different website (only without having to use sub-domain). It will have it’s own navigation, headers, footers and sidebars. Is this something you template can make easy to do?
Also wondering if client bookings and inquiries can be received by email (not just in the backend). I would like the information to forward via email to my CRM system.

Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP5.0. Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

I plan on uploading 200 tours, I want you to do custom coding to set either a slider or options to lockout available calendar dates for all 200 tours at once. I dont want people booking for the next 24 hours (IE today is Feb 7, calendar will be available to book from Feb 9 and on, always a 24 hour lockout). Can you do this? Also, can you also do custom coding to add another payment gateway (available in mexico)?

It’s call custom post type, so if you want create one more slug, you will need create another custom post type. It’s customize and you will need consider to hire a freelancer to do it for you instead.

Can you try to disable all plugin (except our plugin) and clear cache and see if it fixed or not? It might be caused by plugin conflict.
Travel Tour – Please note that you can not use Woocommerce’s payments with tour booking. But we need Russian pay gateway (Yandex, etc.)... how to add? thanks.
Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.

Im having trouble taking credit card payments on my site. It seems the bank refuses the transaction on the basis it’s international (ie not in the home country of the person making the transaction). Is there any security features i should be aware for making payments more successful?

hm, in this case, we can’t do anything about it as well. It should be about your bank policy rather then the theme issue. You should contact your bank for the solution in this case. We can’t really do such a thing about this.

For example: ‘5% off all tours” etc. Its kinda of a pain having to manually edit each tour and input each discount price when you have a lot of tours.
Unfortunately, currently, this need to be one on one basis and mostly each tour won’t have the same discount. However, we will consider for this in the future if there’re many request on this.

Hello, I modified some files a while ago but I didn’t use a child theme, when I installed the v3 they didn’t get overwritten but I forgot which one i had modified. Is there a way to get a clean install without losing my content? Or is there a way to check which files are different? Thanks a lot

On mobile, single tour page view, can the price and booking form be set on top, under the header slider or something like that? Currently it`s on the bottom and you have to scrool all the way down to see the price and booking form, it`s bad for UX.

Before buying i need some custom payments:
1. If there is one Adult, adult need to pay the price + single room fee. 2. If there is one Adult and one Children 2-11 years old, children needs to pay same price as the adult. 3. If there is one Adult and one Children 0-2 years old, children needs to pay half price of the Adult price. 4. If there are more than 1 adult and more than 0 children 0-2 years old, Adults pay full price, children is free. 5. If there are more than 1 adult and more than 0 children 2-11 years old, adults pay full price and childrens half.
Can i do them with this template?

Yes, you can disable online payment and leave only the booking via email button. After booking, customer can submit payment receipt via customer’s dashboard.
