I really cannot believe you actually reacted like this. We have used hundreds of themes and none of the authors reacted like this when we asked for a simple information. We understand when the support of an item expires and there is an actual problem to renew the support and then ask for help. This feature is something that should be explained in the documentation or mentioned in the specifications. There is nowhere a reference that explains that there is a limitation to the number of items showing in the portfolio. And there is no logic why there is such a limitation.
1. Why renew the support when you might as well reply that there is no solution?
2. Why renew the support to ask for something that the theme should be doing in the first place?
Did you intentionally add this limitation knowing that by the time the buyer adds 100 items, the support would expire and then ask for renewal to fix it?
To everybody having the same problem, there is no need to renew your support for this. Just open customjs.php and change the 99 value to whatever you want

Since this is a single page site and not like other multiplage themes I have looked in your documentation on how to go to or access a specific section of the page like you would a page bookmark and cant find the answer.

However, let’s say you want to add a regular page as your home page. How would you do that?
If you go under… Settings > Reading > Front Page (Custom Page). Then the page appears in the bottom menu instead.
The edited file in the following article is “homepage template”;

Sorry but there isn’t any easy way to do that. You should use PhpMyAdmin to import/export your database. All theme settings are in “wp_options” table in the database.

Where can I add my custom CSS? When i put it in custom header script it doesnt do anything.
Make sure that you have added the css codes between “style” tags like the following example;

Tattoo Studio is a single page website theme. Everything you see on the front page ( about us, artists, faq, shortcodes, contact) is on the same page (homepage). So there is no need to add an additional text field to the slider.
If seo is important for you, I suggest you to buy a seo optimization service from Envato Studio after purchasing the theme.

Also if I renew my support… is what I am asking for considered an extensive request and I need to hire someone else or could you tell me what lines of code to remove so the contact page template would work as it does in the main menu but in the sub-menu without showing the contact link in the main menu?

This isnt a support question. I am trying to figure out if the theme is supposed to support shortcodes on the default page that we can add to sub menu navigation like they work on the other page templates in the theme that are added to the main navigation menu? seems like the default page template is not parsing the shortcodes. I have looked in the knowledge base for any information in regards to shortcode usage on pages we may add to the sub menu navigation.

All I say is that the manual is not working and I ask for another solution for the same question you already posted an answer for.
I couldn’t know that this template is so un-open to change. If I knew it wasn’t the case I wouldn’t buy it. I have to use a good slider in order to do specific things. How could I have known that I won’t be able to put my own slider before I bought it? Now I have a problem – this theme is not useful to me without the option of changing a slider.
