Does the theme support the WPBakery Page Builder plugin and the Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin?

We have not officially tested that particular plugin with our theme so cannot provide you with a solid recommendation as we have our own Page Builder Plugin called Fusion Builder, however I have seen some of the users using it in our support threads.

Hi there, I have just updated two of my websites to the newest Avada Version and on both sites the body text p is showing in ITALIC in Safari! Can you please let me know how to trouble shoot this? This has not happened with any update before. Thank you very much!

Image carousel do not work with new Wordpress 5.0.3. Do you have solution?

Image carousels work all fine and good with 5.0.3 version of WordPress, however please make sure you are using the latest version of theme that is 5.8.1 if the issue persist do open a support ticket and our team will further assist you.

Does this theme attract malware? We installed the theme and using one of the demo to import, within 3 days of doing that, the site attracted a redirection Malware infection; even though the site was behind a firewall and SSL. It was installed on a newly created hosting server that we use the service of all the time.
We ended up having to pay SiteLock $595.00 USD to clean and secure the site. This has never happened to any of our sites, and this was the first time we installed the Avada Theme.
I love this theme, I love all the options within the theme, but I am a bit wary of purchasing again for a new project.

We can assure you that there is no such issue with Avada, its a widely used theme with over 480K+ sales and we never had such issues reported by our customers, malware can attack any site regardless of what theme you are using, we suggest you do a fresh installation and make sure none of your 3rd party plugins is causing this malware to attack, also please use WordFence aswell and if you have any further issues, please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

I love this wordpress theme. I originally bought the theme in 2013 and continue to use it. I only wish that we can get a faster support. It can get frustrating to deal with emergencies when support responses is not too quick, minimum of 24 hours wait.

Hello, I have been using avada for two years now. Today I updated fusion core and fusion slides with the required update. There is a bug in this plugin update which is causing my display to perpetually load. This is due to an issue with retinal_logo_url, I find it offensive that in order to resolve an issue caused by your own update I would have to pay 42 dollars. I require a previous version of fusion core and slide sent to my email at bradley.daniel.roth@outlook.com until you resolve your technical problem. Also, your patch on your documents about this issue do not resolve it either.

We have no such issue with our latest version of Avada that is 5.8.1 so this must be coming from somewhere else that needs to be checked, please make sure you are using our latest version for Avada FC and FB and try to disable your 3rd party plugins, also make sure that if you are adding a retina logo it is exactly 2x the size of normal logo, if the issue persist however please create a support ticket, we have not yet released any patch for our latest version 5.8.1 as none is required so I am not sure which patch you mean, are you sure you are running Avada 5.8.1 ?

In order to show SVG you will have to put its width and height too, this is not an option with the image frame right now so you have to manually put this for your images, SVGs in our theme are only supported for Logos and Custom Social icons at the moment, if you need further assistance with this please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do not update to the latest version if you’re using Swift Performance plugin to merge and optimize the bunch of scripts that Avada loads. It will make your website to start rendering at the left of the screen instead of where it start.

This would be incorrect advise. Users have already updated the site without any issue at all. Conflict or configurations with a third party plugin does not indicate that the theme has an issue. This could simply even be a result of not clearing the cache.

I rolled back to the previous Avada version and now everything works fine. It’s not the cache. I’ll send a support request to see if the coders can locate what changed.

I believe there is some misunderstanding here as there is no issue in first place at all, my response was about your own comment on sending ticket so we can check the issue on your site. 5.8.1 works all fine and good overall with cache plugins, if you have any issue with some specific plugin that requires you to open a ticket with our support so we can investigate it and assist you further.

There’s no issue in first place at all until I had to roll back to the previous version. I hope y’all find a solution for this problem in a near future, but I’m not going to extend the support and pay for it to help you out since I can stick with the previous Avada version at all.
If you want to recreate the problem just install Swift Performance and see with your own eyes that it starts rendering at the left instead of at the center (where it started in first place and where it starts with the 99% of themes available on theme forest).
That’s a huge issue regarding user experience because it will increase the bounce rate in desktop at its max, and personally I wouldn’t trust a website that starts rendering the content weirdly.

Man this is getting annoying. ITS NOT MY ISSUE, it’s your f*cking issue. If I change the theme it works perfectly how do I have to tell you that to understand it man? For real stop trying to get my shitty 40 bucks because I’m not going to pay that to help you out to fix your own problems.

A contain mode is meant to show the complete background video within its container without cropping it. This is a type of background mode (contain and cover). Previously, there were a few instances where video background from vimeo did not work in this mode

Hi there,
How can I change the position of a column in mobile view when I have two columns which contains text on the left side and image on the right side.
Normally you see in mobile view text on top and image below, but I want to view the image (right column) on top of the text. Is this possible? In desktop view it has to be viewed as above (unchanged).

The columns are actually floated to left by default, so in this case you actually have to change the positioning a bit and both desktop plus mobile will show you correct layout, if you need further assistance with this please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

The alignment of HTML elements can not be change easily on mobile layout specially when you have to switch between multiple columns, the Fusion Builder Visibility System is the best solution to this, however if you want to discuss this further please open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.
