We’re sorry but it is impossible without modifying the theme. If you familiar with WordPress developing, you can use a child theme to modify WooCommerce templates to make it.

Yes, this theme does support 2 columns on mobile. Actually, it display products in 2 columns on mobile. But with really small screen devices, it will display products in 1 column. You can use custom CSS to change it to 2 columns.
I took a look at the site of a friend of mine on which there is your theme and in the options there is no trace of the possibility of having 2 columns in the mobile page of the shop and this normally on my smartphone at full-hd resolution appears to a one column. Therefore before proceeding to any purchase I would like to know if there is actually this option or not … Thanks.
There is no option for it. You can use custom CSS only. Our supporters will provide the CSS code to help you change it to 2 columns on small screen devices.
I don’t think my full-hd smartphone is a “small screen devices” as you say… But appear only one column…
From screen resolution with 380px of width, the theme will display products in 1 column. You can use custom CSS to change it.

I’m working with the theme and trying to make a hero section with a big background image and some text on top.
I would like my hero to show a different background image on mobile and tablet.
Which content type is best to use for this? I’ve tried a few out but none seem to allow the different image for mobile devices. Also I would prefer not to use Revolution Slider as it is too complicated and heavyweight.

Is it possible to post audio files in this theme, which can be played inline ?. Just want to know what is the solution for that as i could not find any comment/page regarding it and we might need it for audio files wav/mp3.
Also, is it possible to use any currency switcher plugin such as – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-multi-currency/ . Or only a specific plugin will work. We have experienced some issues with Woocs plugin which does not change currency on the checkout page in other themes.
What about GDPR compliance, pop-up for cookies consent.

By default, WordPress does support uploading mp3 files. This theme doesn’t edit or add any new feature about file type support. So the you can use the mp3 player with this theme.
Other currency switcher plugins can work with this theme. But the currency dropdown will not have the style of Sober. At this moment, Sober only adds custom CSS to style the WooCS plugin.
You can use any GDPR plugin to add the popup for cookies consent.

Please deactivate Sober theme then activate the default theme to test this problem. If it keep happening, we will know this is a problem of plugins. Otherwise, we will know this is a problem of the Sober theme. Then we can find a solution for it easier.

Using the Product Tab element in WPBakery, if I click a product a pop up appears rather than a redirect however using a Sabor Product element, clicking on the product results in a redirect to the product page.

My product single product images are not showing/loading on desktop view and I have already configured the image sizes on Appearance>Woocommerce>Product Images. My product image sizes are 2400×1800, do i need to resize them manually so the with is 897?
Correction: they do show on mobile but not on desktop.
You don’t need to resize images manually. They are all cropped automatically. I think this is a problem of a plugin on your site. Please deactivate plugins one by one to check.
That didn’t work, I deactivated all plugins except for Woocommece and it didn’t resolve the problem. I have also regenerated all thumbnails and my product images still don’t show up on the single product page while on desktop view.
Now its not loading on mobile. This is effecting my sales in real time please help me find a solution.

1. We’re sorry but at this moment, the shop page, product page and category pages can’t be display in a boxed layout.
2. Yes, you can enable the zoom effect in the Theme Options panel.
3. The theme doesn’t include any option to hide the price for unregistered users. But you can use this plugin to hide the price for guest.
