If you are having trouble using the regions option in admin. Create a promo code that only you know, use that and post jobs using the front end.

Hello, I would like to know if the administrator can have control over what the employer publishes, the candidate, first, go through the administrator’s filter and accept the publications or assign candidates to the employer, also if possible, just show some data of the candidate and hide others.

regards

Hey there,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

Relating to your questions here, unfortunately the theme does not have these functionalities. You would need a bit of custom work to bring in most of these. What the admin can possibly do is approve what is submitted by the employer, before the submission is live.

Does this theme support Elementor? I can see it has been requested multiple times and this is a must for me if I am going to renew my support.

Hey there,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

Unfortunately there is no built in compatibility with Elementor at this time. You can use it if you wish at your own discretion, but at this time we do not support it ourselves. The builder will for example not work on the Jobify Home page as the page uses widgets.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I updated my theme to the latest version and install regions plugin version 1.17.3, the issue with the Job Regions remains. Nothing has been fixed. It’s been more than a week with this bug and makes it difficult to keep working :(

The messaging add-on(Private Messages) – could this be used as a stand-alone plugin without needing Jobify?

Hey there,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

As it currently stands, the plugin is only fully compatible with the Jobify and Listify theme.

Created a test site and updated this theme. As someone stated before, the dropdown (in my case) for ‘All Regions’ is smaller than the others and cuts off the word. There was an update to WP Job Manager, I believe about the Regions which was installed but that didn’t fix anything.

Obviously, the people who have purchased this theme would love to know what’s going on with support here. This isn’t exactly the easiest or quickest theme to replace and nobody wants to do that. AUTHOR???

Hi.

pre-sale question:

Is it possible to make a customized field in Resume form with “tick”. For example: Have a drive license ☑

And after employer will search according filter “Drive license” and those candidates will be shown?

Hey there,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

Relating to the questions here:

1. You can use the WP Job Manager – Field Editor which will allow you to add, edit, remove, disable any fields without modifying any code. Here is an article on this:

https://jobify.astoundify.com/article/673-can-i-modify-the-submission-form

2. This is currently not possible. You would need to add personal modifications yourself at this time: https://facetwp.com/using-facetwp-with-wp-job-manager/.

Jobify is just a WordPress theme that styles the Jobs generated by WP Job Manager. Facet WP does not work with WP Job Manager out of the box and would require custom work to make the two plugins work.

Hello,

After the last plugin update, Job Regions section doesn’t show up in the advanced panel in job editor.

How can I fix that?

Hi, I want to build a website for an exam recruitment agency.

The requirements are that, after an applicant submits his data for a job vacancy, he should get a pdf admit card (consisting his photo & filled details) after some days (or when administrator wants) by logging into his account.

Is this theme eligible for this purpose?

Hey there,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

Relating to your question here, unfortunately the theme does not provide such a functionality, specifically on an option to generate a PDF card consisting of those details.

Yeah, not sure what’s going on with Fernando and the folks at Astoundify, support seems to have stopped. Take note, WP Job Manager was recently updated and switched from the Chosen.JS library to the Select2 library for handling multi-select drop down fields. So most likely this theme hasn’t been updated to support this based on a comment from @paultapash yesterday. My recommendation is to not update WP Job Manager until the theme has been updated, or roll back to a previous version if you’ve already updated it. Hopefully support does come soon, or hopefully I can get the 6 month support subscription refunded I just paid for :-(

Hey there,

Hi, there’s been a warning up for a while now about Woo:

Your theme (Jobify – Classic) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Is this something that will be fixed soon? Thanks

Also not getting answer from support after purchasing. Sounds like Fernando sold this off to someone possibly??

I still have this error whenever I go into my admin section. More within Woo: jobify-classic/woocommerce/emails/customer-new-account.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 3.5.2, jobify/woocommerce/product-searchform.php This was never fixed as far as I know.

will the plugin wp-job-manager-claim-listing work with works scout another theme i have wc paid listings installed could not find a contact on the actual claim listings website

Hey there,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

As it currently stands the plugin has only be tested out for compatibilities with the Listify theme. For any other theme, I may not be in a position to provide a guarantee of a full compatibility therefore this may something you may need to test.

I’ve been using this theme for a couple of years now and the support has been exceptional to date. So hopefully the recent comments about lack of support is only temporary. Anyways, I’m having the same issue as another commenter on here – renewed my support license, but still can’t raise a ticket. In the past the renewal has been instant, so hopefully this is resolved quickly!

Hey there,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

The theme is still fully supported. We apologize for any earlier inconveniences.

I’ve renewed support but want to know if this is still being supported at all. Concerned by the recent comments. My support renewal is not showing up in the dropdown for me to even create a new ticket.
