Hi My server company close my site they said it consuming high traffic, we have used your Porto theme. can you guide which script or plugin can effect traffic so i can stop it and make my site up again… please check server people mail below.

There is no such issue in the Theme, But I think the issue is from any third party plugin, So please check once after deactivating your site all the third party plugins and removing the server cache, I am sure you will not find an issue.

Everytime we customize something we need to clear the browsercache. A bit strange i would say. For your information, we downloaded a demo and we use no Wp supercache or other cache plugins.

Its the browser cache, or may be any server cache issue is Installed or Activated on your site, You can disable the browser cache or can check the site after pressing Ctrl+f5, Please read this thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5690269/disabling-chrome-cache-for-website-development

Hi There. We tried to active the there in WP both after automatic upload and manual but always get an error 500. After we try activation and the error pop-ups we have manually rename folder with a theme to be able to work with other themes. All other themes work okay with no issues! Any advice?

Yes, you can easily enable AJAX add to cart on shop/category pages from Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archive by setting “Add to Cart Notification Type” as Style 2.

These colors for the Porto One Page Category are coming from Custom CSS and you have to change it from Custom CSS and yeah you are right, those categories are sorted by default and for sorting those categories you have to sort the categories from Products >> Categories and you can use this plugin for sorting the categories from back end: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/
