Shouldn’t you load your customize appearance Database CSS before the child theme style.css file?
The Customizer CSS is loaded after the style.css file because these settings are more important/override the style.css file. We are happy to help you out with any questions in our support forum. Hi guys! how are you? I opened a ticket a long time ago and maybe I dont express well because It never was resolved.
Its very easy: I have a blog page called: www.thenocgroup.com/noticias all post goes to this link, but if you open the post you don’t see the sidebar. Is it possible add sidebar for all the post? not for pages, I need to add the default sidebar for all the post.

Yeah, by default there is a sidebar on post pages. You must have turned this off with custom CSS or by removing your blog index. Make sure you have a blog index assigned under Settings > Reading > Front Page Display. Then make sure that page has a sidebar turned on.

Hi ProgressionStudios, I have recently migrated my Quark Theme website to another web server, but I am experiencing issues. When enabling Slider Revolution (revslider), I receive a HTTP 500 error message, which disappears when I manually delete the plugin via FTP. I have read in to this and it appears to be common, however I cannot yet find a solution to fix it. Could you please send me the latest Slider Revolution plugin release to see if upgrading to the latest version fixes anything. Also can you send me the latest WP Bakery visual composer version as I am having problems with saving templates.

Hi can you set up more than one column in the footer with this theme? Also what header options are available for adding in contact info, account login links, etc. I’m also interested in setting it up with a podcast plugin and wondering if that is compatible?
Yeah, the footer can have multiple columns. The footer column options are between 1-5 columns.
In terms of styling, you turn the cart on/off and adjust all the styles (Colors, fonts, background, etc.). However we don’t have any options for adding any contact information above the header. You can add-in login links to the existing navigation but again, no top header area above.
Podcast Plugin: Most plugins will work great with our theme. However I would check with the specific podcast plugin author in terms of theme support. We don’t have any specific styles/templates built-in for any podcasting plugins. That being said most plugins will work great out of the box unless they require custom templating.

My child theme does not seem to load logos, colors and other options as set in the parent. Any reasons? I’ve called style.css with child functions and included inc directory in child folder.

Hello,
I successfully installed a child theme on this theme but i received errors when downloading 4 of the required plugins. The rest installed fine. Can you recommend a solution? Should I move / copy the /inc folder to the child theme directory?

Yeah, you can drop the /inc/ folder into the child theme or activate the main theme just during the plugin installation.

Yeah, we have support for WooCommerce 3 already . Check out the changelog at the bottom of the item description to see when the updates are made. Note: You can ignore any outdated template file messages. Those are irrelevant as WooCommerce forgot to update them in the initial update.

Hi I am wondering how I can edit the captcha page. /challenge#contact_form which it redirects to from the register form on the password page. The styling is all wrong and I need to edit it. Shopify have told me it is a question for the theme developers. Thanks

I have a pre-sale question, if I wanted to add a product with a buy option and a subscription option could this be done with your theme or would I need an extra plugin (if so which one)

By default subscriptions are not supported. However there are both free and premium plugins you can add to add-in this functionality. Here are two examples:

Make sure you are running the latest version of our theme (v2.1). You can see the update history at the bottom of the item page. I can assure your all of our themes run on the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce.

Does it support rtl
Unfortunetly we do not offer any RTL language support. If you needed RTL, you could add that in by following the WordPress Documentation here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Right-to-Left_Language_Support

Does this theme include all the HTML files with associated CSS/JS (example: shoppage.html or index.html) so i can change up the design myself? Or is there a standard wordpress type files that I don’t know of (never done wordpress).

The theme comes with all the standard WordPress files. Here is a screen-shot of the main folder and sub-folder: http://i.imgur.com/JjXcRxt.png WordPress uses PHP as the default file-type. Editing the styling is super simple as the styling is located in one style.css file. If you want to edit other files, that would require a bit more knowledge. Depending on the edits, adjusting sections can be as simple as editing HTML while others may require PHP knowledge. The great part about WordPress is that there are tons of tutorials online which can help you out.

Hi my theme activation code isn’t working with revolution slider. Where can I obtain a new one?
You can ignore that message as it only pertains to if you purchase the plugin separately from Code Canyon. Instead you will get plugin updates from the theme. You can download the latest theme AND revolution slider plugin at anytime under you downloads. Updates never expire. Just download the latest files and look in the /Plugins/ folder for the latest revolution slider plugin. You can then replace this with your existing one

Any chance you could release a XenForo version as well? We love this theme for our main website but would like to expand it over to our forums to keep the continuity the same across the site.
I’ll have to check out XenForo as I’ve never heard of this service. Currently we don’t have plans on making a XenForo version but this may change in the future. Thanks for the recommendation.
XenForo is made by a lot of people who left vBulletin. Its a really great forum software. If you were interested in making it for this platform, I would be willing to pay to have it completed (if the price was reasonable)
