Hi! I’ve had a problem configurating the way to display products in responsive devices. I’ve selected the option “Two products per row”, but I can see only 1 product in frontend. I need a solution as soon as possible.
My support has expired, but this problem is new. Few month ago we could see 2 rows showing correctly. Please, help me. I can see there are many buyers with the same error.

The reason why I asked for your site URL is to see which version of the theme you are using as this bug was fixed a long time ago, the latest theme version is 3.4.3 so please make sure you are using the latest version of Aurum and there will not be any problem with your products per row option.

I have tried several times to install your demo content on my wordpress but I get this error : [ErrType: xml-wp-content]
Please note that I switched my PHP limits to comply with the minimum requirements and I also double checked my PHP version to make sure I had the correct config. Could you please help me with this? I would like the multilingual site to be installed.

Having recently upgraded to Aurum 3.4.2, I’m trying to get the single product page as close to the bookshop demo as possible. A few issues are proving difficult to fix as I can’t see any resolve in the discussions.
1: The Title/Short text and breadcrumbs appear above the single product, I can remove them by unchecking Show Page Header for each product, is there an easier way to hide this (page-heading-container) globally?
2: The Title, Categories and short description appear at the side of the image, can the short-description be change for long description. (Where does the long description ever appear?)
3: I’ve added Book Author as an attribute and would like to add more attributes as in the Bookshop Demo, how/where do I set the order of appearance of attributes on the front end?

If you want to use just Shop functionality then you can leave WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) disabled.
But we still recommend you to use page builder because you can build many things with it.

What version of Aurum theme are you using please? The latest version for the moment is 3.4.2 (read changelog).
If you are using an old version then please update your theme, premium plugins and Wordpress to the latest version first.

This is a really cool theme. I’am an author and I’m considering to purchase it for a bookstore (it’s perfect for my proposed venture). So here are my questions:
1. Is it compatible to manually change the text from English to Hausa (A language with a population of about 67 million people in 8 countries)
2. Does it have a provision for an occasional ‘Free eBooks’ so that readers can download within the theme and engage more with it?
3. If 2 isn’t possible, then is there a plugin that supports that?

2. There is an option within WooCommerce where you can use downloadable products.

I have set the custom aspect ration in WP customizer, but images are still not vertical on the single product page. The aspect ratio is set to 290×370, and it works correctly for the category/listing pages.
