Whenever I try to upload the dezibel.zip file or slider_export.txt file into Revolution Slider, I keep getting an error ‘Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!’ How do I get around this?

The slider Revolution import doesnt work. Hen i upload the file i get this message: “Error: Incompatible archive.”
