From my understanding is that this theme supposed to have newsletter pop up however, regardless viewing on a new tab or incognito it just doesn’t show up on demo

Nope. Theme doesn’t have this feature. You can edit source code to customize it. You can install app for advanced pop up settings.

I have been waiting for customer service for 2 weeks, I was sent an email telling me the problem was fixed but it was not fixed. That was 1 week ago and I have sent 3 or 4 emails to follow up with no response yet.
Your theme is a great theme, but the customer service and tech support has left the building!

The Account icon is a square instead of the traditional “person head” icon. The “Bag” icon is the same way.

Hmm, looks like you have a local issue with you computer configuration. I have tested import theme settings on Mac and Windows, at Firefox and other browser. It works fine for me.

Right this is ridiculous now. I re-uploaded the latest theme version which seemed to bring my product images back but now my product carousel images are stretched on mobile.
1) Recommended image size for collection page without sidebar – 1170×416
2) My developer will look into footer logo issue asap

The footer logo has re-appeared but on mobile it is aligning to the left which looks stupid.

Before the footer logo aligns to centre on mobile view now it is to the left. If you look at it now you will see it looks bad so needs to be centered.
There is some issues on the theme with alignment if you could help me with… On product title and price are aligned to the left and the image is center which looks odd and this also happens with product carousels. I think there should be alignment options in the theme customiser for alignments on pc and mobile or are there any snippets we can add to the code? Also i have an information bar with icon and text and it aligns to the left and really needs to be center and there is no alignment options. On mobile view it aligns to center.

Just a suggestion to add to the theme customizer as the ability to align elements of a website during design is necessary.
Regarding the footer logo please check your demo page and go to mobile view and you will see everything is centred apart from the logo which is too the left now and looks stupid. Before this messed up the logo was aligned center.
If i create an information line it aligns to the left as default and no option for alignment?
I really need the product title, price etc in collection pages and carousels to be aligned center. They are aligned left and no option to change alignment.
I think this is a reasonable request and a simple one to achieve.
Please let me know if this is possible, if not I will need to purchase a theme that will work for me and return this theme to you.

I have just been fobbed off with the same replies like “sorry we don’t understand please send screenshots” or “shopify does not support this” I asked for simple issue to be fixed and some help with aligning but totally unwilling to help which is poor customer service. I gave you admin access to my website yet nothing was done and the log showed you were signing in to my website. I have requested a refund as you are not able to offer simple support on basic queries. After I requested a refund only then an offer to help was sent along with the reply ‘unfortunately we can’t send a refund”. I have stated I am not using your theme for a live published site so I am returning your product for a refund. I will contact my card issuer to file a chargeback claim to get my payment back which incurs charges for yourself and appropriate feedback will be left.

You can export/import products using default Shopify feature. Unfortunately Shopify doesn’t provide import/export feature for theme settings.

Thanks for the reply. I have created a FAQs page and but cannot add the accordion within the theme settings as the FAQ option is not in the section menu. Do I need to add a new file for a Template suffix? If so how.
Make sure that you create page with faq template suffix . It is not available unless you publish theme.
