From my understanding is that this theme supposed to have newsletter pop up however, regardless viewing on a new tab or incognito it just doesn’t show up on demo :(

Nope. Theme doesn’t have this feature. You can edit source code to customize it. You can install app for advanced pop up settings.

hi, i have one problem with theme; on the account details i find this error: “TRANSLATION MISSING: EN.CUSTOMER.ADDRESSES.PROVINCE_CODE” but when I go to the language page i don’t missing any translations. what can i do?

I have been waiting for customer service for 2 weeks, I was sent an email telling me the problem was fixed but it was not fixed. That was 1 week ago and I have sent 3 or 4 emails to follow up with no response yet.

Your theme is a great theme, but the customer service and tech support has left the building!

The Account icon is a square instead of the traditional “person head” icon. The “Bag” icon is the same way.

Hmm, looks like you have a local issue with you computer configuration. I have tested import theme settings on Mac and Windows, at Firefox and other browser. It works fine for me.

You can give me demo number you like and I will import it for you.

I have just been fobbed off with the same replies like “sorry we don’t understand please send screenshots” or “shopify does not support this” I asked for simple issue to be fixed and some help with aligning but totally unwilling to help which is poor customer service. I gave you admin access to my website yet nothing was done and the log showed you were signing in to my website. I have requested a refund as you are not able to offer simple support on basic queries. After I requested a refund only then an offer to help was sent along with the reply ‘unfortunately we can’t send a refund”. I have stated I am not using your theme for a live published site so I am returning your product for a refund. I will contact my card issuer to file a chargeback claim to get my payment back which incurs charges for yourself and appropriate feedback will be left.

You can export/import products using default Shopify feature. Unfortunately Shopify doesn’t provide import/export feature for theme settings.

I’ve just purchased the theme but when i checked out through paypal, they have put my payment in “pending” state. so I wonder when the pending state is done and the transaction marked as completed i will receive the license?
