Hi, i mad a mistake when i bought your theme i thought it supports RTL but unfortunately it does not. when your theme will be able to support RTL ? i really need it as soon as possible. most themes on market support RTL . if you will not support RTL can i get a refund ?

To be honest, I love this theme and the code quality is quite fantastic but a few drawbacks I would like to point out here, especially for the CUSTOMER SUPPORT (1 staff):
1. Customer Service Support: Slow and not productive. The developer would be helpful if they jump in. But before you can get into the ticket with developer, you have to go through one customer service staff with username “Hina”and I can tell you that this person Hina is very high-ego and try to ignore and direct any bugs you made; even the careless testing and checking stage. I went through hell with this person “Hina. If you meet this supporter, don’t expect support much from Hina, you’ve gotta handle it your own.
2. Theme doesn’t support RTL mode: I think this must be addressed seriously. I made the mistake buying this theme without being cautious about this issue. As many as 420 million people around the world speak Arabic, making it the sixth most spoken language. And Arabic is read from right-to-left, which is opposite with English and other languages. Therefore, basically their theme is useless and cannot be used in any Arabic speaking countries. Be careful about this part before making purchasing decision.
3. Their language switcher in their theme demo is useless. They put it just for fun. The username support “Hina” tried to ignore the responsibility for the css support and direct me to WPML Support for the language switcher that follows the theme demo. Even though the Developer team supported this but this person “Hina” will always let you down by ignoring it. (Prof: Ticket #1867460)
4. Header 12 is not well-coded and well-supported: They didn’t optimise well for Header 12 before releasing it. Missing many things including Search box & responsiveness.
Apart from those issues, I love this theme because of its flexibility. I rated this theme 5 stars before but not sure should I change it to lower star for the customer support service now?

Please. Most of the theme supported that mode. 
If I add Arabic now, it would be disaster for them and totally useless since they cannot read it.

i really like your theme but have noticed you have 23 headers but very few footers which look like you forgot all about them…..the footers don’t look as nice as the rest of the page(s)
