I have multiple events available for the same time slots but I can only do one at a time. If one event is booked, the others are no longer available. Example: Event 1 lasts an entire afternoon but Event 2 only lasts an hour. If someone books Event 2 in the afternoon, I’m no longer able to offer Event 1 (and vice versa). Does your booking system handle this case?
Hi, at this time how it works in the Booked plugin, there isn’t conditional logic like that available for time slots.
We are however looking into expanding support for other booking systems than the currently included Booked. So there may be new options in the near future.
What are my options when it comes to creating invoices, sync dats & payments made through Booked? Any app/plugin recommended?

Hi there, can I “connect” all calendars? “Connect” so that one calendar knows that in an other calendar something was booked on a certain date?
Let’s say I offer 2 different tours. Each tour has its own page with its own calendar. (Because I have different prices and add ons for each tour to book.) But I only have 1 guide (~1 ‘space’) a day. When now a customer books tour A on Monday the guide is unavailable for tour B on Monday. I would like to show in the other tour/calendar that this day is already booked and not available.
Is that possible?
Hi, no sorry that is not an option that is available in the Booked plugin at this time. Each calendar is completely separate.

hello, I saw that to book a tour, use the calendar function with the date. is it possible to go directly to the tour link without selecting the date?

Very experienced wordpress user here but having trouble with elementor and editing this theme on ipad (I do not have a laptop).
I have installed the demo. However, when i click on edit in elementor on one of these pages, it only shows the top box on each page and will not allow me to scroll down to the rest of the content.
Please note i bought this theme so that i could just quickly edit the original demo content with my own but I have now spent hours trying to figure this out. Actually i have deleted wordpress twice entirely and installed everything from scratch but still facing the same problem.
1. Is it possible that you cannot edit this theme on mobile device?
2. Can you You advise why i cannot scroll down to the content?
3. Why do the images from the demo not automatically upload with the demo?
I have read a lot of documentation and there is nothing in the videos that shows these issues.

Hi, yes at this time Elementor requires the use of a computer – essentially any laptop or desktop should work well. Tablet and mobile devices are not supported for the building / editing functionality.

Hi, yes there are two options – you can either use WPML, or you can use Polylang. Either way you can setup multiple languages on the site.

I think that there are also some plugins that make this easier to do. You might always be able to get away with hiding them via css and putting it in here: https://themovation.helpscoutdocs.com/article/175-adding-your-own-custom-css

1. Embark is actually built around the very popular Elementor page builder, not Visual Composer. Everything that is shown in the live demos can be created without purchasing anything additional: https://demo.themovation.com/embark/live-page-builder/
2. The whole theme, the page builder, and the booking system are all fully localized and translatable. With regard to RTL, the page builder does support RTL, but the booking system and some parts of the theme do not specifically support RTL at this time. So a few adjustments may be needed. We don’t currently have any examples. We have had a number of customers that have created RTL sites using our themes though.

I will make tours (holidays) each one for 1 week duration but started on different days (2 or 3 times/per week).
I see that I cannot set it, just choosing the “All day”. But that’s not the perfect info in my case.
So, because of that I would like to add extra info during the booking in the calendar too.

1 – How do I translate the theme into Portuguese-BR? 2 – If you can translate the theme, does it return to English when updating the theme? 3 – This plugin booked does it receive developer support and future updates? 4 – I need to create personalized packages for each tour, with 4 types of people, adults, seniors, children and babies, how to set this up in the booked? How do I do this? 5 – Every tour or attraction will have its rules and limitations, how can you block days of the week so that customers do not make reservations these days in the booked? 6 – How do you insert the booking desk in each tour or attraction? by chortcod or sling and drop? as said each ride has its setup and rules can not be a timing for everyone because the prices are different.

1. The theme is fully translatable – there are some free and also premium options that you can use for the translations.
2. No, as long as you use the recommended option for placing your translation files, you won’t need to re-translate when updating the theme.
3. The Booked plugin does get regular updates, and if needed we can contact the developer on your behalf.
4. Yes you can do that – you can have different payment options for each tour which can be separated by type.
5. You can setup separate calendars. Each different calendar can have certain days unavailable, etc.
6. We have a widget that you drag and drop in, which has a field for a shortcode.

page-header.php in Embark has only 28 lines, not the desired 181… 
I think the page you want is /templates/header-top-navbar.php but where do you wish the breadcrumbs to show?

for example : there is a tour between 16t-20th april. people can only select that time. And, they will be charged how many people they are.

Sorry, not that I know of. It’s a daily date slot setup. So the customer choose the date first, and then the time slot
There is also all day settings.

Great, thank you! I have another question for you, and I hope I can articulate it clearly. My client runs a tour company that offers multiple tours each day; however, all tours pull from the same inventory (motorcycles). Is it possible for the slots of each of the tours to be connected to each other, or to “speak” to each other? So, if one spot is booked for one tour, the slots for all tours go down by one. Does that make sense? Also, on the Booked website, they say that version 3.0 will be launched soon. Do you know when that will be?
Hello! Thanks for the follow up. I don’t know when Booked 3 will come out but I know there is some activity happening on that front. 
Regarding booking. When you create a calendar, you choose when tours happen and how many spaces there are. If you had two tour calendars, they would have separate inventory/spaces. Does that make sense? You also have the possibility to have custom fields, so someone can choose a custom setting from a dropdown (or other field) that you create.

Yes, the theme specific widgets all include a curated group of 700+ linear icons.
FontAwesome is actually already included as well, it just only shows for the standard Elementor widgets which can be used instead of the theme widgets: Icon, Icon Box, Icon List, Button.

Hi, this is a pre-purchase question. I love your theme and think it will suit my clients needs, but my client would like to use BookeO for booking the tours and Stripe as the processor. Will this be a problem? Also, on the home page he would like to just have all tours, no slider at top. Please let me know if these are all doable. Thank you.
Hi, that’s great to hear! Yes, that would be no problem. The booking system that comes with Embark is completely optional and can be deactivated or removed if you want to use another option. I know that Bookeo integrates well with WordPress too so that would work with Embark.
In terms of the homepage, it’s all very flexible – you can add/remove/change the order of everything shown.
Hi, having trouble with custom heading template using Elementor pro.
When i create new header template and try to switch it to Elementor canvas page template it brings me back to Default template.
Nav menu does not react to font size changes inside the builder and there is no option to hide the title in the page settings in the builder.
Also, site logo element will not recognize the logo set in the customizer.

Hi, it is possible that you may not be using the latest version of the theme. I recommend that you use the included Envato Market plugin to update to the latest:

1. The Canvas template is specifically designed to hide the header and footer. If you’re using a custom header/footer then you don’t need to use that template and can instead use the default template.
2a. The font size adjustments should work – if not, please open a ticket and include a link with a WP admin login: https://themovation.ticksy.com

3. The site logo widget in Elementor Pro works off of a different area than the Logo option in the theme which we already had in place. Our recommendation when using a custom header is to instead use the Image widget which provides lots of great options.

Sure, that text is not directly editable in the booking plugin but you can use a translation plugin which is the best way to do it, even if you’re changing from English -> English. We recommend Loco Translate which is free and works very well: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

Hi, yes the theme and booking system directly connect with WooCommerce, so those type of extensions should certainly work well.
As you mentioned though, it looks like Adaptive Payments is not accepting new signups so PayPal Payouts would be a better option.
