I’m not going to lie, that’s pretty disappointing. I’m glad it’s fixable, but to someone that’s not well versed in this world, it’s going to take me extra time. One of the reasons I purchased this theme was to be able to use visual bakery.. I don’t know the logic in it being disabled and you guys should put that in the description or something so people know that before purchasing.

Hello HaruTheme.
Theme is fantastic but one question with the “haru videos” shortcode. if my movie is not in the list and I use the filter, he will not show the movie. With the Ajax version, it works well. The filter will look for a movie that is not necessarily in the list. But the Ajax version does not have the automatic “load more”.
Is there a fix?

About Haru Videos we use Isotope filter and it will display like this: https://isotope.metafizzy.co/ So you can use -1 to show all video to make all filter category work. About Ajax version now we don’t have plan to use Infinite Scroll (we tried but have some bug with Pagination via ajax). Hi, I’m not able to use the option demo import. It’s not working. The images are broken on the demo import page and and the import button is not working.
I’m still not able to use the demo-import option. The theme requires updating the php values but wordpress isn’t allowing me to do so. WP isn’t letting me create the php.ini file using a file manager. Any suggestion?

I contacted my hosting provider and they said their php configuration limits far exceed the values required for this theme, so if the demo import is not working, then it’s not likely because of the php configuration. They’ve also checked my site’s logs and there are no other errors recorded. So could you please find out what the problem is? and why the demo import option isn’t working?

Also, when I tried to import demo using different method, it says ‘There are no predefined import files available in this theme. Please upload the import files manually!’ Why the auto demo import isn’t working?

Hi, I bought the Haru Circle Theme with WPBakery and now II can’t get the upgrade, gave me this error “Ocurrió un error al actualizar WPBakery Page Builder: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?” but tell that I need to buy your plugin, is this correct?, I installed the envato market plugin too.
