This issue happens for a few of the theme blocks and grids where there is a smaller thumbnail on desktop than on mobiles because of the layout change for responsiveness. But this only happens if you do not use retina images though. Please activate the retina option for the needed thumbnails from the theme panel->block settings-> thumbs on modules and blocks: https://www.screencast.com/t/6NVZ4ZCL You have to regenerate your thumbnails after you activate the retina thumbnails.

I also tried the Regenerate Thumbnails Plugin, it does not work.

Our theme as well as all other envato themes fall under the same standard license. The license is created by envato and all envato members have to stick to it. Please inspect the license here: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard and for a complete description: https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
The license can be used on more than 1 website as long as they are both part of the same end product. The same license can be activated on subdomains or testing platforms though.

This could be either a plugin conflict or a memory allocation problem. Please first increase your WP and PHP memory by using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Also please increase your PHP version to 7.2 as it is the recommended version to use with the latest theme and WP versions. If the issue is still there, you can try disabling any non theme plugins as a plugin conflict can also affect the proper functionality of the theme.Let us know how it goes.

I can in system 4.7. – Newsmag theme panel no longer make changes. Header, Footer, Ads is displayed but memory button is missing. Layout Listing does not even list content anymore. Why and how can I fix it?

I checked that and sent you screenshots to your email. As you can see in the attachment, everything is done on the server and yet the theme panel does not work in Newsmag 4.7. In my other Newsmag 4.2 which is on the same server, it works. Where is the problem? Is it due to the new version? Thanks for a feedback

I am having some issues with the theme, like I am trying to turn off author, publishing date from homepage posts in my website https://www.updatenewsonline.com/, but it’s still showing on the homepage, Moreover, I have also tried to turn off the author name, dates from the theme panel in backend. The problem only occurs if i install tagDiv Composer plugin. If i deactivate it trough cpanel, the error disappears. Im running the latest wordpress version and only the recommended plugins.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add some blocks on your post pages, sorry! Please notice that the TD Composer can be used only for creating pages. If you want to add something like this, you need to check the theme’s core file and add there this functionality.

Notice that, the Newspaper theme is more powerful than Newsmag which has a lot of features.
