Hi, Our site has a fatal error when we try to login to the backend. I disabled RevSlider and we can now access the backend. We need to update the theme as we are on an older version. I renewed the license, downloaded the zip file and noticed various components appear to be missing. I filed a ticket last night. I would like to know how we can update the theme from 2.2 to 3.0. The help mention the update procedure very briefly and the procedure does not work. And please dont tell us to open the ticket on your website. You should keep good documentation to your theme.

I found the article how to upgrade from 2.x to 3.0, but there is no info, how to upgrade the current web with the content. There are steps how to create whole new website and create again all the pages. It is not upgrade, it is new installation with partial migration. I cannot open the ticket on the web, I tried but I cannot send it.

Hi Nic, i am not sure i should update my support as i didn’t ever use it but i have just update wordpress and got the following line error.

When i download and upload the new function from your theme it gets rid of all my menu and everything, they way i have set things out etc

Hello,
my client´s site has been set up in 2015 with the Baby kids theme. After recent updates of a theme and plugins, any edit on the pages causes that the front-end breaks. Instead of regular components, like title, text, divider, tabs etc. it´s showing shortcodes and the layout breaks. We have managed to update WP bakery plugin as well, and when creating a new page, there are no problems. The problem is, however, to edit old pages, that´s when the layout breaks and shows shortcodes. Also, I have noticed that some components like tabs have different colors than before. For example, the yellow colored tab no more exists, which means all our yellow tabs stopped showing correctly throughout the website. This website has many pages and creating every page again only to change a bit of a text is very time-consuming, expensive and ineffective.
I can not open a support ticket because it has already expired. But I am sure I am not the only one with this problem and it has a simple solution which, I hope, you will write here.

I do not see a child theme included with the new 3.0 version.
Is it possible to get that from you?

Hi, I purchased this a while ago and everything was fine. Since my site hosting has auto updated to php 7.2 I can no longer access the wp-admin page. If i run the options to fix this, my site breaks completely. I have been contemplating re-building the site but the new demo looks nothing like my original site. Are you able to resolve this?

This is not PRESALE. I already own the theme. I will have to manually update this theme since it’s not allowing me to do so through Envato Market. I haven’t updated this theme since version 2.2. If I update to 3.0 will I have problems??

Hi, I come by way of Envato Elements. Love the theme, but for some reason, nowhere in your online documentation can I see anything to do with DEMO IMPORT.
I have tried importing .json and xml files, but nothing is working. Because there is no documentation, I might be doing it wrong in regards to what order I should import each data.

The calendar doesn’t work when selecting sort by Event Date. It sorts by month not year, so January is always first no matter what year. December is always last.

Hi. just got this theme to make update for a customer (i+mnot the owner as you can see no “purchased” tag
When we activate SSL on server theme breaks .. half of it .. no header images, no changes available.
We also tried to update to lates version (3.0) and broke the header and some elements, also ne theme settings in admin .. and idea? Thank you
