When i use WPBakery Page Builders text/ heading blocks i am unable to change the Font style from default. The drop down arrow beside the name seems locked to ‘default’. Is this supposed to be like this?

hello, i purchased few months ago Hares Theme, but when i updated to the latest version of Wordpress, wp bakery doesn´t works anymore, and ask me for buy their licence, is any other solution for this? i cant work in my installed website.

I’m having issues with the site loading extremely slow. The waiting (ttfb) is 12+ seconds. I’ve put a blank HTML on the site and checked the server and it was fine. It seems to be the theme, considering I don’t have much on it yet I’m worries I wont find a solution…

A theme like this, with a lot of functionalities and design styles can’t make your website load as fast as blank HTML file.

First, be sure that your server fulfills the minimum server requirements: https://wolfthemes.ticksy.com/article/11651Issues you may encounter, such as demo content fails when importing, slow loading speed and similar issues, are generally related to excessively low PHP configuration limit settings.
Most of the time, issue with the loading speed may also be related to non-web-optimized images and/or big video files.

maybe i can post my question here… i bought the theme a while ago and just use it now… im wondering, why i cant see the “page options” nowhere when i edit a page… is this is config option?
i remember from other themes that the page options (for remove or change a footer or something like that) is in the footer of a edit-site in the admin area…

I use my own solution for events in other themes but this one doesn’t not offer such feature.

Ok. I’d be using it for a brewery. We have lots of events (trivia, bands, game nights, beer releases, etc) and would need an option to handle those on our website. We were using an API that is no longer supported. Moved over to integrating our events via Facebook, but not everyone uses that platform. We are looking to migrate our existing site to the Wordpress platform and love this theme, but I don’t think an event plugin for bands would meet our needs. Any other options?

I just installed your theme and loaded the import data without any errors, when I go to load the site however none of the images/fonts seem to be the same as onthe demo site. Specifically, when I click on the fishing link I get a 404 error? Am I missing something?

Is the Hares theme compatible with the new Gutenberg editor?

Hares is built for another and more advanced page builder: WPBakery Page Builder.
There is no specific code or style for Gutenberg in the theme but you should be able to switch from WPBakery Page Builder to Gutenberg without issue.

Hi! I customize wordpress sites and use themes all of the time so I am fairly well versed when it comes to all of this. Was having a lot of issues installing the required plugins, but then finally was able to do so via ftp. All plugins were installed and activated with the exception of woocommerce because I will not need it. I was able to import the demo data with success! However my site looks nothing like the demo site. I’ve double checked the documentation to see if there were any steps I was missing, but there do not seem to be. All of the pages are aligned to the left, and content is all over the place. There is no header or navigation at all, and I’ve set everything in the customize options and the menu locations are set. Any help you can quickly provide would be appreciated as this has already eaten up a lot of my time. Thank you greatly.

Hi,
1- After I look at the individual pictures in the gallery on the portfolio page, I go out from the gallery. I’m still on the portfoilo page.
2- When I press the back button on my web browser, I bring that photo back to the last one in the gallery. (”# photo’s url address appears in the address line of the browser”)
3- As a result I want to go back to the previous page when I press the back key in my web browser. What can we do about it? (Http://www.vero-concept.com/proje/avcilar-aura-konutlari-mimari-izmir/)

This situation affects us. But we do not want to change the theme. Are there at least a “gallery plugin” that you can recommend that is compatible with your theme?
I found a solution to allow you to interact with the lightbox settings.
It will be available in the next theme update (available in a few days).
You will have to use a child theme and copy this function in your child theme functions.php file. https://gist.github.com/wolfthemes/9263993f77c9bfb728c8c754a5d42166Be sure to replace the “theme_” prefix by your theme slug (“hares_”) in the function.
