The issue can happen with some hosting packages or server configurations. Please keep in mind that In general import process is incremental – meaning that it will take off right where it stopped – so you can repeat it as much times as needed until it finishes. You can open the media library in another tab and refresh it from time to time while the import is running in another tab. The number of items in the library should increase if the import is running properly. Sometimes it takes several dozens of reruns – it really depends on the server settings.

If the number of items in Media Library does not increase while import script is running, please send us site url, wp-admin and ftp credentials and we will take a closer look at what is going on.

Yes, you can have Greek and English website, but you will need third party multilingual plugin such as Polylang or WPML. The theme is compatible with both.

In order to do this, you need to either create a multisite WordPress instance – https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network and use each site for different language version or use a third party plugin which will enable this – WPML – https://wpml.org/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/

Themes in general do not have out of box support for multi language.

WPML just offers you the framework for the equivalent language version of the pages, posts and custom post type posts. WMPL will enable you to create the same layouts in different languages using Bold Builder and to translate the copy into respective languages.

The issue was the combination of custom Product tabs third party plugin and theme css. We have added the following statement to Additional CSS -

.woocommerce .bt_bb_tab_item:not(.on) {
    display: none;
}

and it should resolve the issue.
