Can you please check that in your Theme options -> Configuration your google maps api key is set?
I am sorry but if I go in Theme options and Configuration settings there is no option for google maps api. Only if I go directly from dashboard into wordpress settings and pick Google Maps Widget. And here I have set an API key.

You will find the Google maps setting in Theme options -> Configuration settings -> the first entry there

I think everyone is tired of this ’’few weeks time release’’... It looks like a bad joke. Everyone knows that an upgrade is hard but not rocket science… there’s over one and a half year giving the same ’’few weeks’’ or’‘soon’’ estimate time. Are’t you embarrassed to lie your customers and the potential ones?! A professional team would of wrapped it up in a few weeks, not in almost 2 years… If you are not planning to release it, just remove the fact that the theme is continuously upgraded so the new customers know what they buying. I’m sure that there are many colleagues in my shoes which are not switching the theme with another one hoping you will come up with something good on the upgrade. You are getting all frustrated with your lack of professionalism. You look like amateurs every day that passes. I suggest the new buyers to keep in mind that the last upgrade has been done about one and a half year ago and we have no iddea when/ if there is be another one. Frustrating…

I have build a site using you theme. everything was working properly. I had a problem with my server and I lost all my data. I only managed to restore my database. So I have all my website structure as it was before.
I was running an older version of your theme. Now because I lost everything I downloaded a fresh copy of it. When I logged in the admin area it asked me to update the database. So, I did.
The problem is that I have setup the widgets as they were before but none of my accommodations appear on home page. Even when I visit a specific accommodation page it does not have content. If I edit the accommodation I see all the content in the back end.
What may be causing this?
Can I download previous versions of theme? If yes, were can I find theme?

when i activate WPML all the products are gone mean nothing can be displayed on the website.. only woocommerce product but when i disactivate the WPML everything return to normal all products are displayed
You have to go to WPML options and mark your accommodations, tours, cruises, car rentals, locations etc as translatable, also the various taxonomies like accommodation type etc.
Then you have to translate each of these using the WPML interface.
I tried but nothing. It doesnot work… How can i show it to you by screenshot??

I am still waiting for this update to come about. I was promised it was a few weeks before I bought it, it has been a few MONTHS now, and still no update. In other words, the time thats available for support is counting away, while empty promises keep filling this page. Are you going to extend the support for your customers that purchased based on the “soon” and a “few weeks” that you kept promising?
I have a few problems that the theme has, and I keep waiting for the update so we can see if its fixed.

The tours are not working in woocommerce correctly, because I am adding coupons to the items, and every day it creates a new item in the store.how does the theme create the store items? how can I stop it from creating a new one each time?

1. There is no integration with any external api at the moment. 2. you can add extra items within Admin -> Extra items to markup fees. 3. You can create seasonal vacancies with different prices. 4. There is no admin demo account however you can look at the admin screenshots in our theme documentation here: http://themeenergy.com/themes/documentation/wordpress/book-your-travel/ 5. The wordpress theme does not have a flight module at this time.
