Please make sure you have been moving all files correctly. The class is one of the core classes of the theme. You may try to rename the theme dir via FTP and upload again via WP admin.

The style.css is there so I’m guessing that’s not the issue.

The theme is compatible with WPML plugin but you may need to re-touch some of the demo pages that created with the template builder like changing column positions. The preloader can be disabled via the theme options, we have only this demo at the moment.

Hi, I purchased your RT THEME 21 for one of my projects and now I need another theme for other project, however since it’s not oriented on medical industry, I am looking for something more general. Bir konuda yardımınıza ihtiyacım var. themeforest sitesinden RT-Theme 18 wordpress temasını satın aldım. ardından tüm kurulumları güncel versiyonlarla tamamladım. Fakat belirttiğiniz tüm yönergeleri takip etmeme rağmen istediğim ana sayfa düzenini bir türlü kuramadım. Wordpress admin panelinde sol menüdeki RT THEME menü seçeneklerinden Template Builder seçeneği ardından sayfanın altındaki import templates butonuna tıklayıp support sayfanızdan indirdiğim RT-Theme 18 – Demo Templates klasörü içindeki Home Page Sample #6 – With Slider Revolution txt dosyası seçip yüklemeyi sağlıyorum. yükleme başarılı oldu uyarısı da alıyorum. Fakat siteyi yayınladığımda farklı tema çıkıyor. Diğer txt dosyalarını da deniyorum. Durum değişmiyor. Ayrıca Slider Revoluton eklentisi satım aldığım tema içinde gelmiyor mu? bu eklentiyi ayrı olarak mı satın almam gerek? Support sayfanızdan RT-Theme-18-Demo-Revolution-Slider-Samples klasörünü de indirdim. Fakat yine hazırladığınız örnek slide eklentilerini yönergeleri takip etmeme rağmen kurulum başarılı olmadı. Ben özellilke 6 numaralı ana sayfa düzenini beğenerek bu temayı satın aldım. Bu konuda bana yardımcı olabilirseniz çok sevinirim. First of all, is there an update scheduled to go live for new WooCommerce version? 
Secondly, and that’s the real reason I’m here today – looks like your theme is affecting WooCommerce product filtering in backend.
Here’s an example.
On one of the websites with many products and few categories, I was trying to filter out one of the categories with 211 active products in it.
So, I went to Products and used dropdown ‘Select a category’ and hit the ‘Filter’ button.
As a result I got 3 pages with 10 products on each – so 30 products total instead on 211.
Just to add, I have ‘Number of items per page’ in ‘Screen Options’ set to 99.
When I have tried to filter out smaller category of 37 products – I got a result with 10 products only.
So far I have blamed WooCommerce for it, till now.
Using Health Check plugin, I have narrowed the issue to be causes by something within your theme.
I have no issue like that when switching to vanila WP + default theme + WooCommerce.
Any ideas?

Hello. Is there a bug with your embedded video player from portfolio slider and showcase view? I went to add a video section to a client’s page and can’t seem to get the videos to load properly (Youtube link) when clicking the play button from portfolio view. They will play as a single portfolio item page but not from the gallery page.
