Hello, I updated to the latest version of Wordpress (5.2.2) and PHP (7.3.6) and the whole front page to our website stopped working. Some of the other pages on the site still work, but the site is essentially broken, not sure what to do. Is this a compatibility issue with your theme?
Just figured it out – the “Layer Slider” plugin seems to be conflicting with the latest WP release. Do you have a patch for this?

I have tried 2 different ways to exclude certain pages from the site search: adding custom code to functions.ph Search Exclude plugin
Neither will work on this site. I implemented these solutions on your Infinite theme with no issues on many, many sites. I have done troubleshooting and it seems to be a Theme conflict as it works just fine with the default Twenty Nineteen theme. Can you assist me? I need to hide a handful of non-indexed pages from the public site search.

Theme has been working great until recently. Now we get the mixed content error in the console and cannot make any edits to a page. We’ve updated to the latest theme version and disabled all plugins and still has error. Once changed to default theme, then no more error.

1. In Setting > General , make sure that you put ‘https’ in front of your WordPress Address and Site Address.
2. Use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/
3. Make sure that all your images that called via html code ( img tag ) in footer, sidebar, widget areas and in wp editor are called with https
We have already done everything you described above but was hoping for a permanent fix by you guys rather than relying on an additional 3rd party plugin.

Im a bit annoyed that I would have to buy support to get a theme error fixed! Woocommerce (supported) Booking system doesn’t work with Flawless theme and to contact the theme author in any way I would need to re-buy support? I understand when its just a piece of help I need but this is a theme error!!!!

I am not sure if an update did this or if its an option that I can’t find, but all of the Page Builder stuff is in the right nav of the admin. We have a managed WP site so it automatically updated to V5.1, I assumed we needed to update the theme so I did that (a few times) and it is still not working. I was even on the phone with Godaddy for over an hour reverting the site to a back up and reinstalling plugins and theme one by one. Any help would be appreciated.

This seems to be happening because of a conflict with another plugin.
Could you try this after disabling your other plugins and see if it helps? If that resolves the issue, you can reactivate them one-by-one and see which one is causing the trouble.

My support for Flawless has run out that is why I posted it here instead of a ticket. I had already disabled all the plugins, I just disabled the ones that are required for the theme and it still doesn’t work. I am not sure if this has anything to do with what is going on but when the Layer Slider plugin is activated I get this error: Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget in LayerSlider_Widget is deprecated since version 4.3.0! Use

There shouldn’t be any issue with the Text module in Firefox(or Chrome) if you are using the latest version of the theme. I just confirmed this.

I would like to know why you don’t have instagram in the social icons for the header. It’s one of the top most used social apps in existence, yet you have failed to include it in any of your updates. I’ve seen your suggestion of including it with the “email address” with an icon shortcode, but that is a sloppy fix. For uniformity it should be with the other social icons – doesn’t make sense for it to be floating by itself. I’m sure others have requested it, so I would like to as well – can you please include the instagram icon with the social links in the theme for the next update? That would be very helpful for the thousands of people that have purchased your theme. Thank you.

Is the theme compatible with WordPress 5.0, specifically Gutenberg?

I know the theme hasn’t updated in a while, but we would like to keep the theme with our now updated WP system, though the title bar background image isn’t changing when we change it on the Theme Options, and any CSS we add into the site, whether in the custom code area on Theme Options, in the styles.css file itself or through another plugin, is taking. Is this due to it not being updated? The site isn’t cached and my changes are saved.
