We are trying to add content to our category pages and we do not want products to be listed. the button in the back office does not work to show only elementor content. any ideas why as i cannot find an answer.

Hi, I have a problem with the homepage to show new products. When I publish products, they do not appear on the homepage marked as new. They are only marked as new in sub menu but homepage. Home Shows only products that have a home menu added. I’ve installed a new products block module but with it the same result, it only shows the items that are linked to the home page. Please give us advice. What setting should we do and where we are wrong. Should the question go through the support system Thanks.
make sure that in you have correct ordder for new products set in page bulder new product widget, and you enable autoclear cache for page builder

I am surprised that author of this template still could not add the attributes of products in the listing categories and brands. But there is useless option “Product reference” ... 
If you have a product with attributes, the customer will not be able to buy it from the category list. You’ll must to force a customer to enter the product card and this is bad.
Attrebutes on product list is not as simple as you think. Attributes have impact on pricing, pictures etc and it may impact on performance. There is no such feature in other templates too and honstly i did not had request for such feature before. Most of shop do not show attributes on product list, but if it is a critial feature for you you for sure find a module on official addons store of ps
You have now written nonsense. Beat in the search for comments query “attributes” and you will see how many times asked this question.
What will impact on performance? Output weight of the products? Or its size? Do not write this nonsense, please. To optimize this (pictures etc), there is a cache and compression.
As for the module, it just will not work on your template. It will need to be adapted. And for many it is a problem.
So, the output of attributes to the listing of categories is very relevant. Many large online stores successfully use this option. ( mediamarkt, oleole, alibaba and other…)
Do this option in the next update and many buyers will thank you for it.
when i open the website on browser its look big when i use Zoom -75% in the browser it looks better how i can set the resolution of the website 75% by default for all visitors
maybe in themeditor decreae width of container, becouse there is no possibiloty to force user browser zoom by template

I have a png image that has no background (that is all my product images). So far I have added an extra colored background then saved the image but this is a tedious job to do with all product images.
I were thinking it must be possible to upload a png file without background then change background color. As it is now the background is black and when the mouse is hovered on the image the background changes to white.
my question; is it possible to change these background colors? by doing so I am not stuck with a sudden choice of background colors for my product images ?

I use prestashop 1.7 and warehouse theme version 4.2.1. When I write in search form I receive a 505 error.
In open the log file and the error is: ERROR v1.7.5.1 2019/02/26 – 12:45:45: No template found for /home/jrfgjdvj/public_html/themes/warehouse/search.tpl at line 68 in file classes/Smarty/TemplateFinder.php

Hello, just upgrade Prestashop to latest version 1.7.5.1 and Theme to lastest Version 4.2.1.
Now all content pages (pages you can create in Design> Pages) only shouw the Tittle not the content of that page. If i enter to modify any Page i can see all the content on editor and can modify etc…
If i load defaul prestashop theme i can see that pages without probelm, but when load again wharehouse again same probelm
Nvm i solved this probelms making reset to IQITELEMENTOR – drag&drop front-end page builder
