do you mean Resumes section in the menu? If you check our Basic demo, there is no employee functionality. You just don’t need a Resume Manager addon in that case.

As a employment agency we don’t know for wich company the job offer is.
You can disable companies page easily. Still, when posting a job there is a mandatory Company field. But on the front-end company name can be hidden everywhere. The field also can be disable with a small code snippet.

The requirements are that, after an applicant submits his data for a job vacancy, he should get a pdf admit card (consisting his photo & filled details) after some days (or when administrator wants) by logging into his account.

I’m sure there is no theme that is doing exactly what you described. But themes like Jobseek are best suitable for such purpose.
Probable there are plugins that do half of this job + small customization and you will get what you want.

If I purchase your theme, will you help me with this? Actually, this is going to be a big project. If we’ll be able to accomplish it, then we’ll provide this solution to multiple recruitment agencies. So, we may buy this theme 10-20 times or even more than that. I checked out a lot of plugins before writing above message. But, I can’t fully check any of them since everything good is included in paid versions. Then I felt that buying a theme is better than buying a plugin, if it provides the solution.
And, I don’t know that much php and javascript. It looks easy to code, that custom form fields will appear in admit card and then applicant can download it. But I can’t do it. Or we may include some invoice or receipt plugin or something. Anyway, you’re more experienced. What do you suggest?

you can enable password at WooCommerce > Settings > Account, Account Creation section.
To add an email confirmation, you can use a plugin, first what I found is XL Woocommerce User Email Verification.
Theme is not involved in the registration process, it is handled by WP, WooCommerce and WP Job Manager.

yes, there is such feature to download all applications per vacancy. It’s a feature of one of the WP Job Manager addons (Applications addon), not a theme exactly.

Today I asked them for a reason and they said: “It’s possible that the theme and plugins are not compatible with the latest versions of WordPress.
