Hm, seems like the button that open the link is from third party plugin. It’s not from the theme :/

I upgraded the theme and it is showing red and the theme options are set to green. stjohnsjackson.net
Can you try to clear browser cache after updating theme? Then try to go to admin panel and click save chances once.
If still doesn’t work , please provide screenshot of the issue so we can see directly.
This just happened again. Just modified this text because it’s fixed now.
I used wp bakery plugin but once i activate it, the font awesome on my website stops rendering. unless i deactivate the plugin again. I used wp bakery to include some features used to build some pages so i have to keep it activated

I updated Real Church theme last week and since then, have received alerts from the Google Search console that there is a spike in 404 errors. Looking at the search console, it appears that most of the error URLs involve tacking on /feed/ to the end of URLs for events, sermons, etc. I thought I’d ask this here since our support has expired and the problem has only arisen since we I updated the theme with your latest version.

In the home page I activated a slider. The problem is that the navigation bar appears underneath the slider, on top of the static image. I would like that the navigation bar be moved to the middle of the slider. And I want that static image con with navigation menu in the middle remains also on all the other pages of the website, but without the slider. So the slider should only be on the homepage. How can I do this this?

Is there a way to update this theme to look exactly like the theme itself with my own content? I don’t see a “Use theme settings” button. I want it to look just like the theme itself.

In this case, you have to import the demo content and work from there to change to your own content.
To import demo content, check in the document we provided.

After download the package from themeforest. Extract it. Then you will see the folder ‘document’ Open the file ‘index.html’ with your browser.

Where can I get a video tutorial on how to manage/modify/navigate the Real Church Theme? Do you have a technical support phone number so I discuss questions? Where do I update the background of the home page so I can insert an image of ours? Where do I make a slide show of images on our home page? Where can I insert an MP3 audio file and set it to play when a browser selects or lands on the page?

I’m sorry. I have been in IT for 45+ years and have multiple Microsoft, CompTia and (ISC)² certifications. I have been a Systems Administrator/Network Manager for 18 years. But for the life of me I cannot figure out support for the Real Church theme we purchased from Envato Market. Two of the links you sent me resulted in Internal Server errors. The other link provides no clue where to submit a ticket or to find support. I finally found a link that worked and it took me here, https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/. But when I selected Submit a ticket, I could not find Real Church them in the drop down. What is Goodlayers? What is Ticksy? Where is Envato’s support found? I am used to support from Microsoft, Cisco and Symantec navigation on their website is more straightforward, user-friendly and even somoewhat intuitive. There is even a tab labeled Support. Worse case, there is a toll free number to use. Your support is like Yahoo and Google. No human interface.
So, please provde a link where I can get support for the Real Church theme. Is there a link where I can submit a ticket for the Real Church theme have it get to the author or whomever is responsive and supports Envato Market products?

Sorry the the problem. Our support website was under maintenance the time you trie to enter and sorry for late reply for today.
So here’s our support website: https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/ (Ticksy is the third party support platform that we’re using.). Envato support is separated from us. They don’t provide support on the item, we do.
So, you can find the overall document of this theme in the theme package. Make sure that you download the full package of theme, not just ‘installable file’ > http://take.ms/VYO7P6
After download the package from themeforest. Extract it. Then you will see the folder ‘document’ Open the file ‘index.html’ with your browser.
And if it doesn’t answer some of your questions, please feel free to submit those specific issues in the the ticket in our support site(it’s now functioning normally.)

I have a few questions about the Real Church Theme – I have a website that we are trying to use this theme with and i can not get rid of this background on the header – do you have any ideas why? It shows up like this on all pages. We do not want it there.
