Hello. I’m in love with this template but there is only one thing I want to change and I want to ask how I can accomplish this. For the single product pages, I want to have the image gallery display full width and below the product description, instead of 2 columns (image gallery left and description right).

Demo Import bug: Menu is broken and didnt import product pages.

I tried to upload different demos, and all have the same problem. The menu isn’t like in the demo. It appear in 2 rows. I tried to fix it in elementor but I can’t do it. Also, in the demo industrial, I can see a dropdown under Products with 3 links: Product list, products grid and product page. But when I import the demo I can only see one link “products grid”. I need to have the 3 links. Please, import the demo Industrial in the website and make sure it has the same appearance like in the demo. With fixed menu and all links/pages from menu.
Please fix this asap. If you can’t, I need to refund this template at isn’t the same like showed in the demo preview and the demo import is broke.

Hello, this theme that you developed and costs 60 USD is defective. We have been having 3 major problems since last week and since the theme is not working properly. We could not get any help and support from you although we have informed lots of times. Your support team is returning very late. This theme has to be updated as soon as possible !!!
Also one big problem is, in the menu stated in header has a major proble in mobile. When we integrate revolution slider, menu is looking so messed up in mobile.

All pre-built templates are included in the demo layouts of the theme and you can check these pages from the Dashboard > Pages section. Also, the theme includes different custom shortcodes (elements) for the Elementor plugin and you can use these blocks in your pages. Please let us know if you have any other problems with that.

Tthere are only 5 demo layouts. I loaded ‘textile’ and it didn’t import any pre-built 40 templates. I am checking templates in Main Menu > Templates tab and there is only 1 basic template available there.
There are 9 layouts available in the theme. Please update your theme and all included plugins to the latest version. Also, please make sure your Server limits meet the theme’s required minimums for correctly importing a demo content:

Minimum requirements are met and also while importing no errors were generated but still 40 templates are not visible.

Nice theme although not a big fan of Elementor… I am using the Woocommerce Categories widget to show categories on the home page but it’s showing up ALL categories and I just want to show parent categories. How can I do this?

Unfortunately, there is no such element in the theme by default. You can display all categories or products of the selected category. We will try to improve this feature in the future versions of the theme.

The header and footer sections are built by using the Header Footer Builder plugin. You need to go to the Appearance -> Header Footer Builder section and translate the header and footer sections. Please let us know if it doesn’t solve your problem.

I bought the theme, and it asks me to update the Plugin Elementor Stylemix Plugin, and Plugin not activated. “A higher version of ElementModel Plugin is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

All the plugins which are not free come under our EXTENDED License, so you don’t need to pay for their license to use them. Some of them might have messages requiring activation, but they are already activated on our side. No purchase code needed. When using them under our license you will need to wait for the plugin updates in our regular theme updates. If you want to be able to auto update them from wp-admin, you will need to buy your own personal license for that. Also you can update included plugins via upgrading the theme. We include latest versions of plugins in every update of the theme.

I want to apply a custom template for search archive through elementor pro. But the problem of this theme is that no matter what I do to apply the customized template through elementor pro, the theme just override the page style by applying its’ own default search archive template. Please fix it because the default search archive of this theme looks not good and not suitable for product showcase, it just shows the big title and huge feature image and some plain text, nothing else.

The theme uses the default Search option and search results page of the WordPress. WordPress doesn’t allow editing search archive page via page builder plugins. You can create custom search page following instructions in this manual – https://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Search_Page.

Since this theme is a “manufacturer” theme and presents information of products, I think you really should change the style of search page instead of just adopting the default wordpress search archive, otherwise this theme is not really suitable for ecommerce or product presentation. There are other themes out there that have customized their search archive to present the product items nicely.
