I’ve got issue with my theme but i cannot open the normal ticket because it’s not validating my purchase code.
I’ve uploaded the demo content but some elements seems not displaying correctly. I mean the elements like posts when click on them you receive 404 error like nothing is there. The same entire blog content is not displaying. Could you please help.

Please open Admin panel->Settings-.Permalinks and choose Plain type. Then check the links again.
If they work fine please change them to Post name type again and refresh the page.

Why can I not add a menu item to the page that has the Menu of Services for my website? I have added the menu item group called Eyelash Extensions and when I try to edit the menu of services page, so it shows up with all the rest of them like Facial Treatments, Massage, etc – and now… there is absolutely NO WAY to add that, WHY? EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED – I’ve spent hours trying to figure this out. Not pleased, I shouldn’t have to PAY for support for something that your theme is messed up on.

I’m trying to import the demo content through the “Install Demo Data” (the full content) and it starts correctly but when getting the Revolution Slider it doesn’t passa the 80% and it just keep forever loading at this point. I tried 2 times with the same result. Why is it happening? The memory value is at 256Mb, do I need to change any other server/configuration requirements? Thanks!
It’s done. I changed some PHP options following the http://jacqueline.themerex.net/doc/#requirements and also increased to 512M the memory. So this was the reason. Thanks!

This theme is very slow and the single product pages are showing other product names in the header. I asked how to get rid of this before my support time had expired and the theme developer did not answer. They arent even showing single products in the demo anymore. since I changed to this theme my site been loading VERY slow. i am really disappointed

Thank you for the replay. I knew that option before but i was asking for a client area, a login with clients credentials, a private area (profile, downloads, settings) for them. Like some ecommerce websites (also the envato) have that we need to put our email and have a username. Is it possible with a plug-in?
