Hi, pls tell me in a tour i want the price to be for example90euros per person, so 4×90=360 euro, but th3 5th person up to ten to be 40 euros, so for 5 persons the price will be 4×90 + 1×40 =400 euros

Hello, Few (last !) pre-sale questions here : 1. Can I change the labels “x % off” on the tour thumbnails to a chosen text ? I’d like to use them to display the different kind of travels “group travel”, “honeymoon travel”...? 2. Can I use a form plugin to create my own forms (so I can have several different ones, which is not possible with the Enquiry form) and place them where the Enquiry form shows on your demo? Meaning, showing a form I created on a side column of the page, and almost fixed, not moving as fast as the main content column? I understand in that case the forms won’t be related to the admin system you offer but maybe that’s fine with me. I am not sur I want to use you whole booking admin system yet. 3. First of all, thank you for interest 
1. We don’t provide support for customize, so if you want change it, you will need hire a freelancer to do it for you instead.
2. You can use third party plugins to create your own form and use it in booking form area, but it can’t work together in same time, this mean if you use third party plugins form, it will disable booking/enquiry form default.

can I add Traveller details when booking..? I want to add name and email of each Traveller . Tour Master Plugin demo shown this option but in this theme demo the option is not available..Can I get tour master plugin future updates after buying this theme?

Tourmaster Plugin crashes site!
It says there is a newer version of the plugin “Tourmaster” which is compatible. However evverytime I delete the plugin and try to reinstall it, the same Server 500 Error.

Hi the payments with paypal are showing a different value when you go to the paypal gateway, also when I log in paypal to pay, this message appears “We are sorry, but we can not complete your purchase at this time”.... theay are bugs or something?

Ok its solve, but one thinks: if a new user register he can see the wordpress toolbar.
Wordpress settings: Show Toolbar when viewing site…. its standard enable.
a new user should only see the dashboard after registering. What should I do?

Thanks for that, but As the Vote is going on so any possibilities that theme will have this integrated by default. As in India rest all are rarely used gateway. Getting it with the theme instead of buying from the Third Party is always better and budget friendly.

This is a pre-sale question: i offer two types of tours. One half has a specific date, let’s say “April 3th – April 6th”.
The other half i offer the whole year or only during summer time, they have NO specific date and can be booked on request.
Does the theme support this?
And can I find both tour-types if I use the search function and search e.g. for tours in April?

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.

Hello, I have two new questions, regarding the forms this time : 1 – When a form is submitted, I saw the admin email is notified. Can you confirm that notification includes all the information that were submitted? Meaning, the admin can just read the notification email and does not need to enter the admin space to get all the infos about the request. 2- I saw that the forms that can be customized are the Contact form, Enquiry form and traveller’s details. My question is : can I create several different Enquiry form? Our offer has different formulas and according to the one the user has picked (and so the page that he is visiting), we wouldn’t ask for the same information… Not sur how clear I am here, I can give you an example if you need ! Hello, thanks for the quick answer. Here are some details : 1. Let’s say my enquiry form include the fields “name”,”email”,”date of travel”,”departure city” and “comments”. Will the notification email sent to the admin say “you have a new enquiry request on your admin space” or “You have a new inquiry request ! name : xxxx, email: xxxx@xxx, date of travel : xx/xx/xxxx, departure city: xxx and comments: xxxx”? 2. Trying to find a workaround here… Can I disconnect the booking form from the payment part? I mean can I make the booking form a “pre-booking form” where people fill in the information they would like to book, then we would send them a quote and ask for payment at that moment? 2. Unfortunately, we don’t provide support for this plugin.
3. We have our own page builder so we don’t support for Elementor.
4. You can use custom style, also we support for almost color options in our theme option.

In term of the our tour booking system, nope.. You may use Event Calendar but note that it will work separately from our tour system.
