I am interested in buying the Theme, I would like to know if you can manage the number of seats available on each tour. When I see the theme I do not see this item, but it can be seen in the PlugIn Booking Calendar. What does “Includes a customized version of Booked” mean?

1. In the Booked plugin, there is indeed an option to track and limit the number of bookings for any tour / timeslot. The only caveat is that to use that feature, each booking is for one slot. If you add an option to select a number of people, you can indeed have them pay for that number of people, but it wouldn’t connect with the remaining slot number. Does that make sense?
2. The ‘customized version’ refers to a number of things: our theme includes custom styling for the plugin ; we created an Elementor widget to integrate it more smoothly with the builder ; we added a custom tooltip option above the calendar ; we added sizing options ; and we changed some of the text to better support the niche.
Booked is included, but optional – there are also different options you could consider if Booked isn’t exactly what you need. Here are two other systems that are also compatible with Embark:

Checkfront – http://www.checkfront.com (different monthly fees, no fee per transaction)

thanks for the info. What I need to confirm is if I can keep an inventory control of the available places. If two spaces are sold on a schedule or day, subtracts from the total number of places and the calendar shows the available places?

Is it possible to control the logo size in Sticky Header? Our logo is square and it is really small in the Sticky Header. What is the best way to fix that?

How is it possible to change the font Ludicrous to something else? I don’t see the option inside Theme Options? Where is it loading from?

Hi, the option is under Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Typography, right at the top.

No problem!
No – in the same place under Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Typography you can select any Google font or system font to use for the different elements (headings, paragraph text, etc) and it will automatically update across all pages.
Then you do have the option on each widget to override that if you want.

Before I purchase, I am wondering how easy this theme is to customise (i am a junior developer so familiar with wordpress/php/css). also, this is for a client who offers 100+ tours throughout the year – is this theme good to support so many tours? what about tours that run multiple days (like 5 fay tours) and what about for tours that repeat throughout the year? will i have to manually add in each repeated tour? also can i set a limit on how many people can sign up for a tour, and have the tour closed when that limit is reached? thanks in advance.

1. Our themes are designed to not require any code editing. We tried all of the page builders and we found that Elementor was the most intuitive and feature rich, so we specifically chose to use Elementor which is excellent: https://demo.themovation.com/embark/live-page-builder/
2a. There is not limit to the number of tours you can have. You can set it up so that your tours have a schedule Mon-Sun, etc – or you can individually add them. It supports setting each day of the week, but doesn’t have an option for monthly recurring.
2b. The Booked system allows for time slots from 5 minutes up to one full day. It’s not really designed for multi-day tours.
2c. Yes you can limit the number of people that can sign up for a tour.
There are however different options you could consider if Booked isn’t exactly what you need. Here are two other systems that are compatible with Embark:

Hi, that’s a strange issue and I’m not sure that I have seen that come up before.
First, I would ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme – you can update using the included Envato Market plugin.

Ok great, no problem. I’ll make a note to look into what the conflict is there so we can resolve it for a future update.
I changed the “Tour Custom Slug” in Misc. and now I just get a 404 for all tour pages? If I empty/delete the slug, it no longer use “tour” but instead “themo_tour” which also creates an 404 error.
Any idea how to solve this?

Hi, yes sometimes in WordPress when a permalink is changed that can happen. If you set it as you want, and then just go in the WP admin under Settings > Permalinks, and then click the blue Update button a couple of times it should save and there should be no errors.

We haven’t specifically tested that integration, but it should work well.
If you don’t want to use the included booking system with Embark, you can just disable it and none of the resources will be loaded. Then there are different options for how you can add another system. Elementor makes it very easy to add a shortcode or custom code block anywhere on any page.

1 – Thank you. We have anchor menus, however it’s not a toolbar that sticks to the top, however the main nav does provide sticky functionality.
2 – Thanks correct, it’s a filter option which you have control over. You would need to use a search plugin if you would like to have the sort option (sort by price).

Hi, I’m customizing your Embark theme for a client and they want to use Bookeo for tour bookings and Stripe to process payments. Do I still need WooCommerce active if I’m using Bookeo?
Also, I’m not sold on using Bookeo. I like the Booked plugin that comes with the theme you built. Would you say it’s better than Bookeo? If I convinced my client that Booked is a better way to go, will it work with Stripe as processor? Please advise as soon as possible. Thanks.
Hi, we are quite well versed in Booked and have a lot of experience with that plugin since it is bundled with some of our themes. Bookeo however we don’t have experience with, so I’m less aware of the details of that system. I don’t think it requires WooCommerce though.

I can say that since Booked connects with WooCommerce, you can certainly use Stripe with Booked.

Hi, the Booked plugin does provide some options for customizing the emails that get sent out, but it doesn’t directly include QR code functionality so that would have to be implemented as a customization.
