For the slider you just can turn off the slider overlay from the slider layout settings.
To hide all pattern on the site at once, use this style:
.vc_row .grid-overlay {display:none !important;}
Add this style to the appearance >> customize

Hello, please, using the plugin WordPress Database Resetreset your wordpress (make sure to deselect the user and user meta tables). After that go to the wordpress media settings and uncheck the “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders”. Repeat the import process again and all images will be imported

Hello, dear client, first you need to install nd configure the Woocommerce plugin, after that using regular WordPress Tools >> Import >> Wordpress importer import the products.xml file from your download pack >> demos folder.
As the Woocommerce is optional plugin and shop is additional feature of the theme, we did not included the shop part in the main demo data import.
Also, if you need Compare, Wishlist and Quick view functionality, install the plugins:

Hello, dear client, from post edit page screen options enable the post excerpt after that scroll down the editor and you will find the short text. You can add yours or leave blank. Basically the excerpt is for better short description.

No, this is not cancellation, fallback support does not mean it will work 50%/50% on IE, it means we will support it at 100%, fallback means – special styling applied to IE11 specific, as not all modern technologies work properly on IE, that was the main reason we excluded IE 11.

A lot of the background images don’t seem to show nor do the parallax images under section ?
I’ve managed to get some working by finding the appropriate section and saving it again … seems to work… but struggling to find some of them… especially the grey map that appears underneath a lot of sections ? is there a quick way to get all of the demo images/backgrounds to load …
also is there a quick way to remove the ‘basket/trolley’ from the header as I do not need a shop at this time.
