We would like to know if it’s possible to add an additional function on the theme.

it is made with banner images and just assigned links to categories, you can make more banners

The child theme cannot be installed on the latest version of prestashop. It complains that This theme is not valid for PrestaShop 1.7
sorry I forgot that the child theme shouldn’t have a folder in it.

I’m helping my customer managing their webshop with your theme installed.
Today we get warning by hosting company that throught your module there was sending spam mails. Currently they limited access to site only from Slovenia, but below there is path for spaming.
Right now I have disable module, but I need advice how to correct this problem in the future. I have many people that have your template and I need to be prepared is somebody having same problem

MartinIt can not send spam this way. Becouse in iqitemailsubscriptionconf there is showed only default prestashop subscription form, there is not implemented function to send email there. Maybe some bots add you a lot of subscriptions which cause a lot of confirmation e-mails
I don’t now how, but hosting company is limited site only to slovenia, so google bot and evry other good bots can’t access to site and thats not good. And how to prevent this?
Here is what they wrote me about even supbscription form: Malicious bot can automatically send confirmation email to any email address. If any of these adressess is a spam trap address server can be listed in RBL and so cause email discoverability issues for this server. That is why all forms that send email need to be protected with CAPTCHA, even subscription forms.

As I said subscription form is part of prestashop core module, and with tempalte it is not possible to add a captcha to it just with template yuu may try to use module like that https://github.com/nenes25/eicaptcha/tree/17

Good day! How could I change a name of a picture in simpleslideshow? In new install they’re all ‘slidek’s, after upload they are numbers and letters. I need to rename them to something more understandable for search engines.
Well, since there is no response, I’ve found a way. A bad one, but it’s working.
What I’ve done: 1. Uninstall the simpleslideshow module, and deleted it completely. 2. Placed my banner images with my names in modules/simpleslideshow/slides. 3. Uploaded the whole module back with correct names and images. 4. Installed the module.
What I need is to find a way no rename them on the fly. Couldn’t find anything about names of slides in the module, my guess their names catalogued elsewhere.

It is the second licence I bought for this theme. The previous licence is for http://aspectdigitalprint.com/ in the Prestashop V1.6 environment. The system is VERY bespoke – but the theme is great – hence the reason why I bought the second license – except the difference is that this time I am doing the website myself and not the developers – so pardon if I ask inappropriate questions.
1. When I edit the Product page, I have the option to add additional content with the elementor editor. However, I discovered that it adds the additional content in the “Description Tab” – ONLY if there is already something in the Description tab. When the Description Tab is empty, the additional content added by elementor is not showing. Is this normal? What can I do to show ONLY the additional stuff which I add by elementor?
2. Is there a possibility to add additional content to other tabs as well i.e. additional tab add by the IQITADDITIONALTABS module?

Now the front page in multistore is not showing. Latest version of Presta and Warehouse. With elementor page builder i made a homepage, but in second shop homepage is not showing. What to do? I refreshed cache + brower cache… nothing. Thank you!
make sure it is hooked corectly in both shops https://iqitcommerce.ticksy.com/article/14216/ and make sure that you heva setup layout and selected it for both shops
Never mind my last ticket! You should log in with url shop 2 to have the elementor working. In former versions the url changed automatically when you choose shop 2 in top menu. But in latest version, you have to log out and type the url yourself. Goodluck!

Hi, in latest version of Prestashop and latest version of Warehouse, the elementor page builder in multistore (two shops) is not loading. You get a black screen with message ‘loading’ and it stays that way. In phpmyadmin in table pr_iqit_elementor_landing_lang the id_page is there, but the field ‘data’ is empty. What to do?
