can I use header 3 with 100% menu width—alternatively header 2 with a top bar?

Hello. We purchased your theme a few years ago. The last upgraded version is v3.0 The them is hosted on WPEngine. WPEngine is switched to PHP 7.2 and stopped supporting any older versions of PHP. As of right now the theme is working but we LOST access to the back end. Here is the error message: Error thrown [] operator not supported for strings.

does the donations page support stripe? i want the stripe option too as well as paypal? Also does the user receive email confirmation when a donation is made and is admin informed by email?

just checking out your demo….. can you fonts be changed inside theme options and is there a way to stop the text animating in size every time you refresh a or click on a page? Every time i browse around the site demo the text changes upon load and distracting for the eye.

Second question is can the modal donation just appear for when clicking on donation regardless of cause type?

Pre sales question: when a user registers for a event and pays do you they receive an email confirmation ? Also can you add an attachment to the email confirmation ? thanks

I’m getting Error – 401 – cant-login—So I can’t actually lodge a ticket.

I am a bit upset. Last year, 1 paid about 50 dollars for the author to fix a bug in their own software related to the sermon RSS feed not using the itunes podcast format. I paid for them to fix a bug they created in an update. No mention of a refund was ever offered for me pointing out the bug their own code.

Well another bug has been introduced with the latest version, 3.1.3. Now when you try and get the sermon rss feed to send to itunes, you get a 503 Service Not Available error. ../feed/?post_type=sermons casues a 503 service not available error and no, it is not my host resources.

I am not paying them to fix their own code that they broke again, that I originally paid for. I have no other way to report this issue without having to pay another $50 just to tell them they broke the code again with another update.

This is just bad business. You can’t keep putting out updates that break current functionality and then charge people to fix it. Really bad business.

I have a little problem with my gallery.

1. the lightbox works but the top right corner shows button to expand then the bottom right shows (x) the close button, i just want a close button at the top right corner like in your demo

2. is it possible to make a slider clickable to open like a gallery?

NOTE: even when i do image resize: off, the close button still stays at the button right corner

After years of using this template, my sermon podcast rss feed suddenly stopped working. I’m now getting this error when trying to access my sermon feed

I’ve increased my memory to 512MB from 256 and it’s still giving me the error. I’ve deactivated all plugins and still getting it. The only thing I know is that it started after we migrated to a newer version of php. When I tried reverting to an older version of PHP, I got the same memory exhausted error.

My support has expired, so I understand if you can’t help. But I’m just confused as to why only the sermon feed would suddenly generate an error.

Hi there, we purchased this a couple years ago and just around this month, we are starting to get issues.,going to the front end part of the website, it redirects us to a random page.. I also try to go into our WP admin and redirects me again to the same website. Any help or suggestion on which plug in or how i can get rid of this and get my website working moving forward? There is an ‘Error 404 – Not Found’ involving the sermon page (first navigation links works, all others under that are broken). Although it appears to have been fixed by an update last August, I am still receiving this error message. Not sure whether it matters, but I have my “sermons” in the main menu bar, with two submenus underneath pointing to two new pages I added (devotionals and bible study.) I have also confirmed by deactivating, that it is not a plugin.

I am using header style 1. Is there a way to make the main menu bar (under the logo) to be “shorter” in the horizontal direction (from left to right) if I only have, let’s say, four main menu items and don’t want the extra white spaces?
