we have not used any additional add-ons when creating our demos. Everything is done with WPBakery as it comes.
Gutenberg is a content editor, not a page builder, but you can use both – WPBakery and Gutenberg – simultaneously, if so preferred.

there is surely quite a bit going on on your website. There are a lot of 500 errors which are most often server related and can mean a number of things.
We reccommend you to set WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php file in order to see what the underlying errors are – without that information we cannot do much.
Based on the amount of customizations and the plugins you are using, I can only advise you to visit our help-desk, this is not something we could help you resolve in comments – they are public and since this would require quite a bit of investigation, we would need to request full access to your website, which we can only safely store at the help-desk.
Menus, you can edit via Appearance > Menus. And make sure to flush your permalinks via Settings > Permalinks.

That error is caused by your FTP client jumbling your files. To resolve you must make sure you use Binary Transfer mode. E.g. in FileZilla, go to Transfer -> Transfer Mode -> Binary and then reupload all theme files.

1. The theme is multilingual ready. You can also use any currency, but not several at once. Multi currency feature is not supported yet.
2.+ 3. The theme supports all official WooCommerce payment gateways. If Culqi works with WooCommerce, then it should work with the theme.

the global search results page can show all post post types, however they are still filtered, meaning that a user still has to select (this is why those radio boxes are for) what exactly he wants to search for (accommodation, tour etc.)

Not by default. This does not seem like a practice that would benefit the user experience to be honest as users usually search for one particular thing: an accommodation, a car etc. You do however, get to suggest content once user selects his choice. You can see what I mean here – scroll to the bottom.

The zip file contains the entire theme, including all it’s subfolders. It is meant to overwrite all existing parent theme files.
Sorry I did not give you all idea of question. In FULL zip pack I have bookyortravel.zip. Yes, this is theme, you are right : )) But I’m asking about other folder in this pack. It is OUT of theme zip file. Folder name is SampleData, we use it for demo. Here I will use Sliders folder and MenueThemes folder. AND there is some more folders in SampleData folder: I’m asking about folders Widgets and Customizer. They are looks like for demo as well. - Install and activate the Max Mega Menu plugin - Go to Max Mega Menu -> General settings -> Tools and import the Tour Operator json theme via the import textarea. You will find the json file inside the _sample folder in the big zip file you download, inside the Menu themes folder. - In Appearance -> Menus, select your Primary menu, and make sure that the Max Mega menu checkbox is enabled for this menu. In the Max Mega Menu options also select the newly imported Tour Operator theme from the Theme dropdown.

How do you manage promotions for example my listing have the concept of featuring but also promotions for different priority locations on the website and priority ordering of posts. ie pay £10 a month to be featured but pay £20 per month to be promoted as number 1 or £18 per month for number 2. WPBakery still is very popular and it is the builder users have requested, which is the reason why we have implemented it. You can still however, discard the included plugin and go with Elementor instead.

1. & 2. The theme however, as well as the admin interface can be used in any language, including Russian.
3. The latest theme version is always available at your Downloads section on themeforest.
4. Please make sure to follow Important information for all existing users updating to 8.0.
In addition, if your translation files are located inside the theme folder (ie. /wp-content/themes/BookYourTravel/languages) you must make a backup of these files before updating.
5. The theme is multilingual ready and also fully compatible with the WPML plugin.

2. Yes, you can rename the term accommodation into hotel by using a plugin like Say What.

It wouldn’t be lost since this plugin stores it’s data in the database and upgrades affect files only.
However, more more mass renaming of texts, it would perhaps be better to localize the theme (say from English US to English UK) or viceversa and change the texts via poedit.

the fastest and most efficient way is to read that section in the documentation. It will only take you 5 minutes.
None of your content will get deleted per se (except search boxes due to the new search designer tool), but it is important that you know what exactly has been changed, how and why, before you proceed.
The steps are the same for all existing customers and that list is there in order to help you update as smoothly as possible, so please follow the instructions provided.
We are also here to help.
However, if you already have 8.0 installed and want to update to 8.01, you can do so easily from your admin panel. Automatic updates are now available, but the feature requires the envato market plugin as described here.

the unversioned theme file status is there for development purposes and our support staff and is nothing you should worry about. There is nothing wrong with these files on your site.
As per the Important information for all existing users updating to 8.0 it is stated in step 5 that automatically generated custom post type excerpts are no longer in use. There are also instructions about how to proceed.

You have the following options:
1) Hide the header ribbon by switching to another header layout in Appearance > Customizer. Header3 looks the same as default header, just without the ribbon.
2) You can create a different menu there. If you go to Appearance > Menus you can see that you can assign menu items to “Header Ribbon Menu”.
As for media, please proceed with the instructions found in the Important information for all existing users updating to 8.0, step 8.
