The problem is not of WPML (I have already contacted the wpml support) but of the French language that uses some latin character which your font doesn’t seem to support it well. Could you give me more instructions regarding embeding latin character ready fonts? Thanks Best regards

Please be more specific about your query , because from your screenshot you have already placed the the social icons under the logo .
If it is a mockup screenshot , then get into Admin Panel > Appearance > Widgets >There you have to add social shortcode `[dt_sc_sociable socials=”facebook,instagram,twitter,youtube”]` ,
