Just updated Newsmag and all the blocks on my pages are no longer available and not showing
Hi,
Please update the theme plugins as well, then there should be no problem. The recent update consists in modifications to the theme files, more about it in this article https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes
Now after the update, the tagDiv composer has to be active at all times in order to maintain the same functionality as before. Make sure it is active. Also the best way to update in this case is by FTP, delete the previous theme (make a backup just in case) and upload the new one.

Hello, I have setup the theme. All things working fine except one issue which i am facing. I have added the sidebar and it is showing on post page but it is not showing in the homepage. How i can enable it on the homepage please help me, Thanks.

On the homepage you have to edit the page using the tagDiv Composer and either add elements directly in the page content on a split row: https://www.screencast.com/t/0ngnrnDfucSP or use a widget sidebar element instead which will pull one of the sidebars you select from your widgets area of WordPress

If you want to remove the links for the category tags to your module_7, please use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

Sorry but I’m not sure I understand properly. Are the post lop settings missing from your site? Did you activate the page builder + latest articles template? That’s right! The “posts loop settings” does not exist, only “General” and “Unique Articles” appears …. there is no part of settings “posts loop settings”.
OK, We have seen plugin remove this section before so please first make sure you disable all plugins except the page builder to check for a plugin conflict. If the option is still missing without third party plugins, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate why this happens.

Sorry but the more articles box does not have any ad spots to implement ads. However, it can be done with a bit of customization if you are comfortable editing the theme files. Depending on how you set up the more articles box, this code should be placed in one of the cases of the file
echo do_shortcode ('[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"]');
This code grabs the ad placed in the theme panel custom ad 1 spot.

There is no way to make website full width?

At the moment we do not have any plans to include these elements in Newsmag. We try to keep Newsmag as a lightweight magazine style template. Unfortunately if you need to use the newspaper theme elements, you will have t buy the Newspaper theme.

Hi, I am using pagebuilder-lates tarticles-pagination for my homepage. Module 1 is default, I am changing it to module 2 from theme panel but it doesn’t work, still shows module 1. I want to have excerpts. How can I change it to module 2?

I you changed to module 2 and the theme provided the successful save message, then it is most likely your cache. Please clear all cache coming from your cache plugin, host cache or cdn server. You can place an ad in the header under the main menu so it will show up on all posts, pages, categories. If you do not add it to the header, it will only show up on the page or template you place the ad on. You can choose to place the ad anywhere you want if you use cloud library templates.
