Hi RS-theme, It seems there is a bug in your theme. I have loaded a fresh Wordpress install with your theme & demo data for Gardening. But in the RS Service Box (WP Bakery page builder) if you click on edit, the options for the icons are not there. They do appear if you add a new RS service box but if you want to edit the Gardening demo data RS Service Box it does not work.
I am seeing your support expired. Can you try to renew it and try to send your site admin access so that we can help you. Thanks
Very good day. I have some problems with my page: 1.- the logo looks smaller, unlike the one that comes by default. 2.- I can not edit the background image of Rs Service Box.
Thanks for contacting. From admin 1) Finoptis Options – you can change logo size easily. 2) If you will check in services box design options, there have options for changing background color. Hoping you will find those. If you can’t do those please try to send us admin access we will check it for you. Thanks again sir

Using CSS you can do it from theme option. Under Typography if you reduce H1 font size it will be good.

how can i update template without override customer changes?
You should all changes via child them. So you can always update parent theme without issues.
Great theme overall but seriously let down by the lack of icons. Having such a small amount of options for icons is somewhat lazy theme days. This theme has the smallest selection of icons ive worked with in the last 5 years. Be good to know how we could add some more or replace with images in such things like your ‘RS-Service Block’
There has more icon options. Please check RS-Addon Service Properly there some dependency filed to show all icons or custom icon. There has font awesome, line-icon and more.

My emails hasn’t been answered yet regarding presale info. I still decided to make a leap and buy it, I cannot even install it because WordPress keeps loading eternity and doesn’t installs the theme. I have emailed about this too but no reply yet. So far seems fraud (don’t get me wrong but this doesn’t feel like good customer support)
