Hi, I have some problems with structured data on the product page.

The data is generated by Woocommerce. Flatsome is just a theme.
Restrict UX Builder to just Admin user
Hi, is it possible to Restrict the UX Builder to be used just be the admin role? Would like all the other roles to not have access to the builder if possible.

Hello dear authors, gongrats again about the beautiful theme, and thanks about keeping it up updated often. For what i understand there are no archive pages for product attributes, e.g. when we enable archives for attributes and it is clickable in the additional info tab in product page, it redirects to a blog-styled page with no products shown. Steps in Woocommerce documentation for creating a template by copying the “taxonomy-product_cat.php” and renaming it “taxonomy-pa_attributename.php”, putting it in the flatsome/woocommerce files does nothing. Am i missing a point here? To a buyer’s comment 4 years ago you suggested this tutorial “https://www.zorem.com/create-taxonomy-archive-for-woocommerce-product-attributes/” but it does not seem to work anymore. I would really, and i imagine others to, really appreciate your help because attribute archives are vital for e-shops as you know. At least just let us know the exact functionality of product attributes archives (when we enable them) in your theme. Thank you in advance!
Hello, I have recently moved from http to https. I was using MaxCDN and everything was ok. After moving to https, using MaxCDN “breaks” my theme in the sense that I can only see text… Can you please let me know if this is a known issue and what is the solution? For now I have disabled CDN usage and the site looks ok. But I need to re-enable my CDN.

If it’s happened after switched to https, you might have the mixed-content issue. Try to install and activate the Really Simple SSL plugin.
Hi. I am using the Really Simple SSL plugin. II have cleared all cache from the CDN, I have deleted and re-created the CND connection.. Still nothing 
Please try with another theme like Storefront to check if you have the same issue. And also check the web console if there is anything while you have that problem with Flatsome.
Hi UX Themes Team, Thank you for providing such a great theme, I tried several different themes and then came back to this one because it is definitely the best. What made me try other themes is that I am looking for theme with color/image swatch for the variable products. I tried some other themes with that function but it was very hard to deal with them and full of bugs and hassle, so I came back and bought this one. Place your image into a row>col and align it from the text alignment setting of the column. You can do the same thing by placing the image in a section and using the “text-center” class in the section class input box.

To créate a custome shop page I create a block and place it in Theme Options > Shop > Product Catalog > Shop Page > Shop Page Content.
But now I cant see the sidenar in my page shop, how can I fix this?

You can add a sidebar with the Widget Area element of UX Builder.
No I cant, thats the Problem. I have “shop sidebar” but its not showing.
I created a Area Widget but its not showing, Maybe I have to set Block to a certain with?? maybe not any Block is suitable for shop page?
My shop Block is made with sections with grids, grids are set to “container” width
These shortcodes should work fine:

That worked now I see side bar but…
when I use the filters in the sidebar , like Colors = red, the page does not show the red product, it just keep showing the Block I did for shop-page.
Is this normal?

Actually, that filter shouldn’t be displayed because the custom shop page is not a dynamic Woocommerce page. I’ve just tested that, the attribute filter for custom shop page is not displayed on my end.

I can’t give the ETA but menu improvement is scheduled.
I downloaded this theme and when I uploaded the theme it failed giving me the error “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” I downloaded it again and it gave me the same error. Please advise.

I’m trying to setup woocomerce on my previous flatsome site, but as I activated the plugin, went thought all the settings the I can find out why I can only see the read more button on product page, the button add to cart wont appear and even the cart icon on menu is replaced by the social media icons.
Please can you give me some advice on how to fix this,

hello, cache extensions js and css shrink functions do not work with your theme is corrupting, w3 total, litespeed have tried with all auto js and css shrink when the site is corrupted, sorry for bad english.

JS and CSS files used in Flatsome are already minified. No need to minify them again.
Hi, I have been using your theme for almost 2 years.
So this bug has always been there since I start using it. Recently it came back. I notice this bug because I have numerous customers warning me that our site’s add to cart function is bugged.
So this is how the bug looks like:
So sometimes if you add a product to cart from catalog page, it will shows added successfully with a side cart popout with the product you just added. When you go to cart page, the product disappear.
When this bug happens, if you have other products in your cart at the moment, you won’t be able to remove the items that is already in the cart. It just keeps loading and shows removed but the item is still in the cart.
This is a really major bug that affect the whole functionality and also affects the customer experience, and potentially sales loss.
Please kindly give any advices on how to fix this, or perhaps we can disable the ajax function before this bug is fully fixed?

update: I have been trying to debug this but looks a no go… I tried every methods.
I found out that this bug only happens on my site when I logged in as a Customer, or whatever roles besides Administrator.
And this bug is happen like this: you can add first product, you can add second product, from adding 3rd product, it replaced the second product you added.
Really need some hand here…
