Hi, I purchased the Borrow theme however the One Click Demo Importer is not displaying in the Appearance menu. I have attempted to follow your documentation to manually import but there doesn’t appear to be any sample-content.xml file as described.

Do you have any idea why the OT One Click Import Demo (New) plugin would not be displaying in the Appearance menu?

I had a quick question with the Homepage: There are text sliders going across the screen titled “Ot Loan 1” I was hoping to keep that visually, the only thing is I wanted to change it so when you click on “Read More” it actually redirects to a landing page. Is there anyway to do that?

I am trying to get the loan calculator to work but nothing i do seems to work

I need two sliders: 1. Loan amount 2. Loan Period

And a value which shows how much the loan will cost

Which widget do i use to make this work?

Hello I have installed the theme and have imported the xml file for the demo content. When I go to the Demo Importer page, it will only only import up to 99% and then it keeps saying “please wait” and never gets to 100%.

Demo Importer is not working. Clicked demo importer and see the percentage display but remains at 0% after waiting more than 20 minutes.

Hi just to let you know your individual demo content importer does not work

Needed to import all the demo content, didnt really want to do this, as very bloated.

I know support has expired but I have a problem with WPML. Borrow theme is supposed to be compatible with WPML plugin but after the installation of that plugin, I noticed that only SEO and content text from Page Builder are displayed for translation. Can you send me the wpml-config.xml file so I can add OT visual composer to translation please?
