Hello! I’ve been using your theme for a long time now but after updating to the latest theme version, the gallery widget is showing random blank spaces where a photo would normally be. Is this a common issue? Would you be able to point me in the right direction in terms of a solution? Thank you in advance!

There is a single blank space at the bottom left of the gallery right now, but when I increase the amount of photos, it will increase the amount of blank spaces as well. It is not removing any photos, but just creating random blank spaces within the gallery photo grid.

Hi, I just updated to WP 5.5.3 and the website went blank. All I can see is the menu and footer. No error messages. Will there be a theme update to make it compatible with the current WP version? Any other idea how to fix this? Thanks.

My site is no longer rendering properly. I am missing everything between the header and footer and the slider does not operate. Pardon, the slider is operational. No body content on any page (posts, contact, podcasts, home, etc.)

It didn’t help. I deleted cookies after install of this plugin. But no effect. All content is still missing from website view. On every page, post, homepage.

I didn’t do a thing since my last note to you, but it is loading properly now. I am not sure if this will continue. If it does not, I will do as you last suggested. Maybe it took a while for the enable-jquery-migrate-helper to work?
The site will not load in Chome or Safari. Just Firefox. I will now implement your latest fix idea.

Hello! Still really loving this theme! Is there a way to remove the header and the footer? I am in the process of updating my portfolio and setting up a coming soon page for now. Just wanted to remove the header and footer temporarily until I get everything updated.
I guess you just have to remove the relevant HTML content from header.php and footer.php of the theme. I would recommend you override these two files in your child theme after copying them over to the child theme.
Is this theme WordPress 5.2.2 compatible?

I see no reason why it would not work with Elementor. Elementor is pretty good at ensuring theme compatibility.

The issue is due to a plugin named Download Manager on your site which has Bootstrap included interfering with the styles of woocommerce. Pls deactivate the plugin to make the page look right.
No update since August 30 2017… Is this theme officially extinct?

You need to contact the hosting provider to have the GD library installed. This is a basic library which should be installed on every site.
How can we turn off and hide the meta info on Posts? There is no setting to do so in the Theme Options. Thanks

When I edit the text on your Rev Slider for the home page, the font goes to a default, not the Weston font. Only changes if I change the slider text. How can I make it keep the Weston font as you styled it? Thanks

How do you remove page titles on the header. For example when you visit blog page there is a Blog written on the header below the menu. How do you remove that?
You can remove it via custom CSS (display none on the header element) or use a different heading in theme options. Have a look at the Blog tagline option.

Just wanted to pass along a note from a plugin author, whose plugin doesn’t seem to play nice with Extinct, just in case you were unaware.
“They are using Option tree framework for theme settings. We are also using the Option Tree for settings. But it seems like their integration of option tree might be flawed. Option tree provides different methods for integration with theme or plugins. If it is not properly integrated then any other instance of option tree would cause conflicts.”
I checked and I don’t see how we could integrate Option Tree differently. We have just followed the integration recommened by the Option Tree documentation. BTW, can you pls name the plugin. We will check if it is worth our time to play nice with it or may be we can suggest another plugin which might meet your needs. Thank you.
Hey there. Sure, happy to share. It could be the plugin at fault too, who knows, just wanted to mention it in case something was implemented wrong. I found another solution, but if you’re interested, the plugin is Simple Link Directory. Activation renders the admin area unreachable with an http 500 error, tested 3x.

Updated to v3.6 and now my Revolution Slider is broken. Tried to insert it as a widget into the Home Page Slider Area, but that doesn’t work either. In Appearance/Widget it says the slider is activated. In the Slider Revolution tab it says it is NOT activated and I need to pay. Tried to “Manage with Live Preview” in Customize, but Home Page Slider Area isn’t represented: “Your theme has 9 other widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them. You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.”
Any ideas?
Pls ignore the activation part – since you have a developer license, you cannot activate the revolution slider. The slider should function fine even without activation. It is hard for me to say what’s going on -is it possible to share temporary access details here -

I have attempted to sign-up for an account through your support system, but I never receive the email containing a password. The install of this theme has not gone as smoothly as other themes I have purchased from themeforest and I need assistance. I was able to find another user posting about the same issue, where you indicated that they should deactivate the Livemesh SiteOrigin Widgets, then to activate the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. This too was attempted and I received the the same fatal error.
Please disregard. I deleted the theme and re-installed. The error code did not appear this time.
