I purchased theme i liked the most of the layout but i want to change the header style silder section and one more section below slider using elementor , i tried to do that with this theme is not competibale with it , not only this i import the demo content and it was all messed up demo content . i dont know why people are still purchasing this theme . i bought many other themes but such messy theme i never saw

HI,on mobile home page the theme slider is loading with quick icons but it all working every where even on the other pages but not when i select a page as a home page please solve it asap

Unfortunately, If I install the theme from beginning all your changes as images and content will be lost. To save them and make updates manual work has to be done with all Page.
Unfortunately, such work requires additional time and is beyond of scope of our general support

If you share any update for theme; it must be inside with all the contents. If i will remove, lost all my contents after theme update; why you share updates?
This is not clear way. I asked to you from themeforest that;
- Does the theme support RTL and Poylang?
You answered me; yes we will add in a few days. But you added it 2 weeks later. Now you created a theme update. And ı don’t want to lost any content. But i need Polylang compatibility
What will i do? When you update theme later (example 2 months later) Will i lost my contents again?
All the wordpress beginners can install Wordpress and Theme. The hard thing is to install updates without any lost content.
If i don’t update theme or you; will Polylang work?

Our previous version (which is used on your site) is compatible with Polylang. If you upload all files from our latest version and from plugins the only thing which you have to do is to open each widget and page and change icons in it to shortcodes manually. But, nevertheless, you have to open pages and change content in it.
