Our events landing page is giving us this error. We deactivated all plugins and it did not go away. It only went away when deactivating Gaea Core, which then removed the events altogether: Deprecated: get_currentuserinfo is deprecated since version 4.5.0! Hi, Would it be possible to get a copy of GAEA Version: 1.8? Our original developer made changes to the code so that we were never able to update. We now have it in the budget to have a developer move these changes to a child theme but we need the version our website is running, 1.8, to compare our code to. Thank you.

The current days events aren’t showing up on the event page. I don’t see a setting for this in the backend. Can you add that as an option to this theme?

By default when an event reaches it’s start time, it will be removed from the upcoming events list. However there is an option at Theme Options => Events to keep them in the list until the end time https://a.cl.ly/o0umK8m7

Hello team, thanks for you help a couple months back. I have another inquiry, can you share how I can create an event to repeat every two weeks? I’ve tried a combination of reoccurring type and sometimes the 1st and 3rd week of every month may not line up as every 2 weeks. Thanks!

By default there is no option to recur event every 2 weeks. Yes, you may set a week day but it can differ month to month as per the weeks in that month. If you would like then I can add this as feature request so that the development team can consider adding this feature in future updates of theme. I can’t find in your documentation how to change the Gallery thumbnail images. It’s cropping them at 800px x 600px. We would prefer it does not show cropped in the Gallery thumbnail view.

By default full image is shown in the lightbox. To change the thumbnail size you need to do changes in the template if using page template else changes need to be done in the Gallery page builder widget.

There is a major bug happening when I have revslider enabled as the homepage Page/Post Header Options. Revslider has disappeared and a ‘1’ is in the top left corner of the website. The issue appears theme related as it is still there when the theme is activated and all plugins deactivated. I also tested leaving the plugins deactivated and changed the theme to Twenty Twenty and the ‘1’ is gone. Everything is up to date. My support expired only 15 days ago, but this is a major issue that has been proven to be theme related in my testing.

Something changed either with leap year or recent updates. All events show on the wrong time & date. For instance, an event published for 3/15 13:00 is displayed for 3/15 8:00, an event published for 3/17 19:00 is displayed for 3/17 12:00, and a repeating first Saturday 9:30 event displays on first Thursday through Friday. Dashboard > Updates says WP, theme & plugins are all up to date. Plugins > Gaea Core says V1.2 I can’t open a ticket because my support has expired. However this is a software issue not a user problem and should be supported IMO.

The page template file (page.php) expands shortcodes twice. See line 30, applying the content files does the shortcodes before the loop.
$content = apply_filters('the_content', $content);
Then lines 47-50 has the loop, doing the shortcodes again:

Hi, the most recent version of WordPress (5.3) is causing the events to show the wrong date when hovering over the circle image for the event. I think that this may due to having the function: date_default_timezone_set. You can see more here: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2019/09/23/date-time-improvements-wp-5-3/. Please check if you are already on the latest version i.e. 2.5.2, this can be a problem with the Envato Market plugin itself as there is no update published recently for the Gaea theme.
