We are not able to save data in the “Page Options” section (Page Title Background, etc). Nothing is being saved. Whats wrong?
Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP5.x. Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

We are a Travel Agency that doesn’t offer much tours and packages themselves. This leads me to the following questions:
1. I’ve seen this question before in the comments I believe but: is it possible to do enquiry only on a booking package? So we can make example packages and work out the details with the client later?
2. If this is not possible. Is it at least possible to put the price on 0 or not force the client to pay?
3. Is this theme able to handle booking packages from external suppliers? For example we offer a package offered by booking.com via an affiliate link (just an example).

1. I don’t understanding you question well, you mean just display the enquiry form only without booking form? If it’s, it’s possible to do.
2. You can put the price to 0 if you not create custom package in tour post and we’ have an option to booking and pay later if you don’t want force your clients to pay in first time booking.
3. We have option for custom code and external link, so if it’s affiliate link, I think it will work well.

Regarding question #1: I meant when you go into a tour. On the right side there are 2 tabs. Booking and Enquiry, can this be Inquiry only? I assume you answered yes?

Hi, I’m about to purchase this theme for a client site but have a few questions:
1. Is it possible to set multiple auto reminder messages? Or only one?
2. My client leads the same tour at irregular intervals. Can this be set using the recurring option, or can they only be set at regular intervals?
3. Can existing tours be duplicated?
4. Can the select date dropdown on the tour page be set to show a list of dates rather than a calendar?
5. Can the ‘Tour booking’ heading in the customer portal be changed to ‘Bookings’?
6. Can client/booking details be fed directly into our marketing platform (Campaign Monitor)?
7. Is it possible to add a new tab into the customer portal with customisable content?

1. You have only one reminder messages.
2. Yes, you can setup recurring with our features.
3. You can duplicate tour with third party plugin.
4. Yes, you can change it to the list if you want.
5. Yes, you can change it to the text you want with our instruction.
6. Unfortunately, it’s beyond our theme feature so it’s impossible.
7. I don’t understanding it well, could you help me know where is the customers portal you want mentioned with a screenshot?

Our Tour has Destinations and Sub Destinations.
We want destination field to show only parent destinations but it is showing all the sub destinations as well.
i.e
Destination A >> Destination A.a
And there is no option to restrict this can you please guide us how to do that?
