Hi, we tried to update the theme but our website is totally different after, colors and pages. This is our website: https://joliestetica.com/. We have SpaLab 3.2 and we tried to update to the 4.1 version (the last version). After updated the site was totally different in the front-end and in the back-end. Especially the theme option panel. Therefore having the site totally different we had to bring spalab back to version 3.2. Could you send us the intermediate version of the theme (info@pramaweb.com)? Sorry you can’t update the theme version 3.2 in to 4.0/4.1. Because the older version developed with page builder, so please do not upload the new version spalab theme or plugin files to your existing spalab old version(old page builder demo contents), since the site will crash.
If you need to continue with your old version, we have provided the old version spalab-old.zip(3.5) separately please use those files.

Hi, we have SpaLab 3.0 with LayerSlider 5.4. LayerSlider 5.4 does not work with recent PHP 7 update.

No need to downgrade your WordPress version , just update our theme to version – 3.5 . ther we have added the additional option under the al pages page .
So After update get into Admin Panel > Pages > All Page , there you can view two option
- Add New Page – Designthemes Page Builder – At the top of the page .
- under the page title you can view “Edit With DTPageBuilder” option .

Hello, I’ have a spa lab installed using the 3.x version and I want to migrate the website to a 4.1 version. How to do it ? Sorry , you cant Migrate the old version in to new version 4.0 or 4.1. if you migrate all the site content will crash.
If you need new version 4.0 or 4.1, then you need to recreate the site.
If you have your old articles with text content only then you can export your old articles from your site then import it into your new site with version 4.0 or 4.1.
If you are using any shortcodes / page builder content in your old articles you cant import it. because it will conflict with VC modules.
Note: We will give the updated version of the theme with both versions ( page builder and visual composer)

If I download the plugins and can’t install them because they already exist, then they should already be updated? I am not keen to delete a plugin and re-install it to get the latest version but rather to update an already installed plugin.

i installed the spalab.zip with demo content… OK! => its look as yours … OK!
- but now when i like to change somthing like the logo to type option … nothing!?
- when i tried to change the top bar informations there is nothing where i can change in “spalab options” like the user manual site!?
- when i activate the “coming soon page” with countdown and time… there is no countdown shows it doesnt work!?

It seems that you have created the database name with “clk_a859d7efb9” as the prefix name, so the demo import automatically create the database table under the database with that prefix name,
For example:
wp_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions is the actual table name = 47 char’s
_fwbk_clk_a859d7efb9_wp_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions = 68 char’s

HELP – my site has been slowly deteriorating and I am at a loss. When you try to make changes you get a mash-up of your OLD DT theme code and then it clashes with PageBuilder and its a HOT MESS. Hello. I wanted to edit some of the Pages, but all of them are in shortcode. I purchased themes before, but I’ve never seen this before. Why did you create the Pages in shortcode, instead of making them user-friendly and easy to edit by people like me, who don’t know shortcode? I’m disappointed by this. What’s the solution please? I did what you said and the site looked different. It looked much more simplistic and some options were not displaying properly. I didn’t like it. Also, I could not change the colour scheme of the website – the options were broken and didn’t work.
I tried to change the theme to the default Word Press theme and I got this fatal error. Now I can’t even log back in to my Dashboard.
I don’t understand why I keep getting errors with your theme. I built websites before and I never encountered so many headaches as with your theme. What is going on. I’m trying to understand: is it me or is your theme buggy? I don’t understand what’s going on.
This error shows a plugin “designthemes-core-features” is causing this error, am I correct?

Hello, The fatal error was my mistake. I apologize for that. I installed the 4.1 version of the theme, without removing the old plugins and content that I had installed before.
So, after my site crashed, I removed all the previous plugins and content and then did a fresh install and everything went perfectly – I have received no error messages.
However, I am very disappointed with the new design aspects and elements of the new theme version. Just spending a little time working on the website, I uncovered many design elements that are lacking, not displaying properly and overall is just ugly and simplistic. Who knows how many more of these there are in the rest of the pages or options for the theme? It has been frustrating trying to figure out how to make items display properly, when it should have been user friendly and ready to use. I have spent the majority of the time trying to fix the bugs, instead of building the website.
The new theme version is simply not the same theme that I thought I was buying. Many beautiful and aesthetic elements that were present in the original theme have been removed and it’s not the same theme as the original.
I find it hard to believe that you would put out a final version of the theme with all these bugs. So, I am open to being wrong and accepting that maybe I’m doing something wrong that I’m not aware of. I just don’t understand what is going on. Like I said, in the past I built a few other websites and, overall, things went smoothly. I am trying to understand what is going on here.

Then it means my mistake was from my part, although I must admit I don’t know what the issue is or was. I’m suspecting it has to do with the old cache being stored and displaying the old options. I must educate myself more.
