Images add a lot to this, because each image is a request, and we have quite a bit of images in our demo pages. You can try using a lazyload plugin to prevent all images from loading at once and thus keeping the amount of requests down.

After you contact our support and get a download link, you will download a zip archive which you need to unzip. Once you unzip it, you will see a list of files and folders. woocommerce-product-filder.zip is the bundled (paid, but free to you) plugin that needs to be installed and activated through your WordPress Dashboard in Plugins -> Add new -> Upload Plugin. The content of the wp-content folder you will find in the download as well should be copied to the existing wp-content folder on the server where your site is located. Use FTP to transfer these files.

Simple question that I can’t find a solution to. How do I change the size of the featured image on a blog post. It default to 870×350 which looks terrible at the top of a post. It needs to be 100% width, like pretty much every wordpress theme Ive used.

Buyer Beware: I have had several issues/bugs with this theme. I received advise to download the plugin packet and upgrade my hosting package. I did both those things. I was asked to export/send my DB for debug purposes. Stephen received it and couldn’t figure out the issue so they just went dark and stopped answering questions or supporting.

Nick Stark, said 4 days ago You should only have about 200 products in the WooCommerce store. Even if there were a bottleneck it shouldn’t choke on 200 products. If you do a fresh theme install then drag in the WooCommerce data does it still have the issues? I would start by comparing the data in the demo and the data I sent you. It has to be breaking on something not bottlenecking. Perhaps there is some meta data in a column of the code I sent that is not in the demo data that the code isn’t set up to handle. We really really really need this to be up and running by Monday. This has been almost two weeks now and we still haven’t heard anything from the original author? Thanks for the help.

Sorry, certain customization will be needed in this case. And a plugin that would allow changing product quantity on the shop page. The theme itself doesn’t have such option.
