Hi! I purchased time ago the Eduma theme because I wanted to create an online courses platform. However, in Coaching 3.0 there is also de option of offering online courses. What is the difference in this regard with Eduma? Is it possible to do the membership as well?

Hello can we switvh easily to Elementor, for excisiting themes, or will we have to rebuild the whole site, as w have 176 pages operational it will be a lot of work?

Hi, I had purchased a license a long time back but when I used the theme today… the single blog post page doesnt load… the admin menu bar and the blog post do not appear. On any other theme it works… only standard plugins are active… can you please guide? i thought this should work out of the box… thanks

We purchased this theme and the WP Bakery plug-in is not working any more. We keep getting a message that says we do not have a license, and we cannot update. Please help.

WPBakery is a 3rd party premium plugin which provides 2 licenses. Regular license will be used personally for 1 web site. Extended license (Theme license) will allow theme author to install the plugin to their customer sites.
You, our customer, will get the update and support from us (theme author).
You can just simply ignore the license notice 
. The newest version is 5.7 and it’s already up to date.

When someone buys my course his/her data are sent to MailChimp (name, email and enrolled course).

It’s a pity that our theme doesn’t have this feature. Data of users (name, email) is only sent to MailChimp when they register via MailChimp form.

The biggest difference is about design of two theme. Two themes is difference about interface, the order of layouts, widgets,... You can see demo of two theme to see differences.
You can create online courses and pay monthly via PayPal and offline with both two theme.

Honestly, I am disappointed that all functionality of my site just stopped soon after my support expired. This is wrong and not fair at all! I cannot update anything it goes to 404 error. smh I am really disappointed honestly. Even on you site I cannot highlight this issue. This is not right.

We consider to purchase this theme. However, I do have a question. I’ve seen that in the demo version of the webshop, the only payment option is “PayPall”, is this the only payment option available? Or is it also possible to include “Credit card” and “iDeal”?

Paypal is our default payment method. We also support pay with Direct bank tranfer, Check payment, Cash on delivery,... (included Credit card).
It’s a pity that we don’t support pay via iDeal.

You can use Mollie Payments for WooCommerce plugin to pay with mollie.
With plugin Appointments for WooCommerce, I’m not sure about full compatibility with our theme.

when a logged in user (member of a PaidMembershipPro item) trys to load /courses/ the page is not loading and I see a TLS-Handshake in the statusline (left bottum firefox)
The Error on the page ist “Umleitungsfehler” means too many redirects.

Are the event booking handled from Woocommerce? or it has separate payment gateway integration?

By default the event registration using PayPal gateway. But you can also connect the payment to WooCommerce Checkout (we have the integration addon included)
