Pre-Sale question: I’ve got a B&B where the whole home is one rental unit (not rooms) and so the capacity is higher than standard “room” bookings. I’m trying to find a booking engine that has flexible pricing to handle this type of pricing grid:
Adults: 1 & 2 = $150/night (flat rate for couple) 3, 4 & 5 = add $30/night / person
Children: 6 to 12 years = add $15/night /child 0 to 6 years = free
Can the booking system handle this as a single reservation option?

Thanks for the quick reply. So all I need to do is work out a matrix of all the possible combinations of adults and children and enter the total price?
One other question then, if there’s only one property (room), is there a way to bypass the “Search for Availability” list and go right to the property/room booking page?

You could do it that way, or you can add the extra changes (3, 4 & 5 = add $30/night / person) as a service. So they checkout, then they check off ‘Extra adults), and you can set a charge per quality for each nights stay. So a few ways to do it.
You can bypass the search / search results. There is an option under accommodations / Settings / “Skip Search Results”
i havent been able to use this theme for my project as there is no option to change the menu font colour Please help

Hi, right, so if you are using Transparent, the options are more limited. You have two options for transparent header;

PoEdit is for translating text strings, I don’t believe that is translates admin options or custom fields. For that , I would use loco translate or polylang or WPML.

Thanks for hanging in there. We have reached out to the Hotel Booking Plugin authors as it appears this is a bug between the Hotel booking plugin and Elementor. I created a detailed ticket with them. I hope to hear back within 24 hours.

I got a reply back from the Hotel booking plugin team, they said:
Thank you for contacting us.There is a bug in WordPress that can result in extra line breaks in our checkout form. We added a fix on our side with a recent update. Somehow this fix conflicts with Elementor. If you add the check out form with a Gutenberg block without using Elementor, the checkout form is displayed properly. It looks like WordPress will fix the bug soon and our plugin’s code will be updated accordingly.

Then I asked them for a temp fix.. they said:
add the following line to functions.php file of your child theme:
remove_filter ('the_content','wpautop');

Hello, is it normal that now in some pages (including the home page) I see the page title even if it is disabled in the metaboxes?

I simply updated some content like text or a photo in these pages (without going to change the settings on the page) and the page title appeared at the top of the page.
How can I remove it and why did it happen?

Hey there. You are using version 1.6.1, so you can update to 1.9.1 anytime, just don’t upgrade to anything above that as you are using Version 1.

We’ve made massive improvements to V2 and V3 but we also use a new page builder so an upgrade from V1 needs some planning. However, we still support v1, so update to the latest which is 1.9.1

We really like your theme and planning to purchase one. Though I have a question regarding a PHP version and so on.
1) Could you kindly inform what is the best PHP version and WP version that works perfectly with this theme?
2) And is it possible to start the website with Forms (emailing feature for booking) only, meaning that, not launching the online payment feature yet, and at the same time being able to manage the booking via management plugin? I mean that will I be able to receive reservations and send email to customers?

1 – PHP 7+ is recommended, but this will work fine on PHP 5.6.
2 – Yes, this is totally possible. We have designed the theme in a way that you can use any of the booking features or a collection of them and always turn features on or off. It’s very flexible. You can also turn them all off and use your own booking system if you wish.

1 – That’s okay, you dont’ really need it unless you want to make changes under the hood. Most customizations can be done within the theme options anyways.

Hello, happy to help. I’m not sure that I understand the question. On the blog pages, you can’t see the menu? Or is it using transparent header style? Are you using Bellevue V3? Can you please post your version number?
I have the V2. Im not sure thats the problem. In V1 I had the same problem. When I edit and see a preview of my home, the menu unfolds normally. But when I edit a “Blog post” and clic to see a preview of it, the main menu doesnt appear like the home page. I do not know if it is because one is a “page” and another is a “blog post”.
By the way, how can I upgrade to V3 without altering my web page?

What I mean is that I have a need for one bookingportal like site with aggregated content from 10 subsites – and I would like the listing content from the individual 10 sites to automatically aggregate certain booking and listing content on the man portal. Understand? Kind regards, Lars.

Updated from v2 to v3 and removed wp-booking. Is there any way to get the updated templates with the hotel plugin shortcodes or can you please post the shortcodes. Tried to re-run the theme setup and just add accomodation and accom type but it gets stuck on pendning.
